At this online fair, Professor Oren Holt, CEO of Asiabizz in Copenhagen, Denmark, gave a speech on the theme of “How Overseas Talents Can Empower Regional Industrial Development in the Era of the Epidemic”. At the same time, Nanjing Jinbang Power Technology Co., Ltd., a talent company from Lishui Development Zone, shared the development history of the company on site. The relevant person in charge of the company said that in order to cope with the current international needs, there is a large and wide demand for overseas talents, and they hope to expand sales and technical exchanges in overseas markets by introducing overseas talents. Jinbang Power released on-site job requirements for chief technical expert, technical support (overseas), marketing manager (overseas) and other positions.
In order to create a strong talent attraction area, Lishui Development Zone continues to strengthen policies to attract talents, platform talent cultivation, and service talent retention mechanisms, innovate talent training and introduction mechanisms, optimize the talent development environment, and stimulate talent innovation and creativity. The relevant person in charge of the Talent Section of the Organization Department of the Lishui District Party Committee explained the talent policy on site. Lishui will support overseas talent projects in ten aspects, including entrepreneurial sites, industrialization support, tax support, financial support, talent housing security, and supporting life services.
In recent years, a group of overseas talents have settled in Lishui Development Zone. At this online fair, 9 innovative talent projects from China, Denmark, Japan and other countries recommended by the Xiaohu Technology Innovation Platform of the Development Zone conducted online and offline road shows. The projects covered smart equipment, artificial intelligence, and new energy vehicles. , big health and other fields, which are highly in line with the industrial development direction of Lishui Development Zone. At the meeting, project representatives and overseas talents present also communicated and negotiated with relevant persons in charge of Lishui Development Zone on relevant policies.
