“We produce according to orders, and the output of automobiles reached 10,088 in August, and it is expected to exceed 10,000 units in September.” Cheng Yinsheng, manager of the assembly workshop of Nanjing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., said that 68 “5G + intelligent manufacturing” scenarios have been empowered, and the automation rate of some workshops has been increased to 98%, which can meet the personalized customization needs of more than 4,000 combinations, and the whole process only takes 16 days from customer orders to vehicle delivery.The new energy vehicle industry is a 100-billion-level industrial cluster that Lishui focuses on building. In order to help new energy vehicles smoothly “go to sea”, the Lishui District Government cooperates with the customs department to provide front-line services and shorten the customs clearance time of automobiles. At present, Lishui District has gathered a number of vehicle manufacturers such as Nanjing Chang’an, Hengtian Lingrui, Kaiwo Automobile and nearly 200 auto parts manufacturers, and concentrated about 80% of Nanjing’s new energy bus production capacity and more than 70% of the new energy auto parts supporting capacity.
At the factory of Kaiwo New Energy Automobile Group Co., Ltd., workers are stepping up the production of a batch of new energy buses that will be exported overseas. Tang Jun, deputy general manager of the company, told reporters that the company is making every effort to expand overseas markets, mainly selling large new energy vehicles such as buses to Korea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and other countries.
“Some countries use right-hand drive cars, and the air conditioning power configuration of the car is not the same as that in China, and the company has set up an overseas research institute to tailor the vehicle system for overseas customers.” Tang Jun said.
According to data from the Nanjing Lishui District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, in the first half of this year, the output value of Lishui’s new energy automobile industry reached 26.55 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of more than two percent.
In order to solve the problem of charging new energy vehicles, State Grid Nanjing Power Supply Co., Ltd. recently joined forces with upstream and downstream enterprises and related service units of vehicle manufacturing to establish a party building alliance for the new energy vehicle industry chain, bringing together the “chain” of resources, services and guarantees to solve problems for enterprises.
The reporter saw in Chang’an Deep Blue Automobile Nanjing Lishui Store that several customers were test driving new energy vehicles and consulting about the installation of charging piles. “In July and August this year, our store sold about 30 cars a month. We cooperate with the State Grid Nanjing Lishui District Power Supply Company, customers buy new energy vehicles on the gift of charging piles, power supply department staff door-to-door service, to ensure that the car to the charging pile, so that customers can rest assured. Mr. Xia, the store manager, said.
In the Xinyi Jiayuan Community in Lishui District, the transformation of charging piles is in full swing. “We integrate resources to speed up the transformation of charging piles in the community, so that residents no longer have to worry about charging when they buy new energy vehicles.” Li Yixin, low-voltage account manager of State Grid Nanjing Lishui District Power Supply Company, said.
