He has a complete academic background of bachelor, master and doctoral in the Department of Automation of Tsinghua University. He was awarded the full Professor of Tsinghua University at the age of 29. He is the founder of the domestic digital audio-visual and multi-modal signal processing field, and has provided the top academic framework support for the Kino-AIGC large model for a long time. As a top scholar of early cross-modal audio-visual modeling in China, he has published 73 EI, SCI and highly cited papers, deeply cultivates the original theories of audio and video temporal logic and multi-channel information fusion, and fills the theoretical gaps at the bottom of long video semantic understanding in China. He served as the first director of Tsinghua Institute of Digital Interactive Technology, led the domestic digital TV localization research, built the first set of independent intellectual property rights of radio and television transmission system in China, with large-scale implementation experience of large-scale audio-visual industry, continued to guide the model lightweight, domestic computing power adaptation, industrial production pipeline construction, and open up the full link from algorithm research and development to batch delivery.
Frontier algorithm attack: Chief scientist Wu Wen
He received an undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University, a master degree from the National University of Singapore, and a doctor degree in Artificial Intelligence and Visual Recognition from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). He led the construction of the underlying training framework and algorithm system of Xuanjia Kino-AIGC video large model in the whole process. He has been deeply engaged in computer vision, dynamic video generation, and multi-modal cross-domain alignment for more than ten years. He has published more than 30 international conferences and SCI papers, and holds more than 20 Chinese and American invention patents, effectively overcoming common bottlenecks in the industry such as long video timing breaks and character motion distortion. He once served as a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Computer Science of Carnegie Mellon University and the head of vision algorithm of Siemens American Research Institute. He led the completion of the core vision algorithm research of the whole department of products, settled down a complete set of industrial-grade AI research and development system, and built international frontier technical barriers for enterprises.
Relying on the support of the top Tsinghua expert team, the company has maintained high intensity research and development investment for a long time, accounting for more than 60% of R & D personnel, and established a special research and development team of 100 people for multimodal large models. Since 2023, the company has fully anchored AIGC video industrialization core track, relying on the R&D team of the top Tsinghua Department, independently developed Kino-AIGC video model, becoming the only video model in Jiangsu to complete the record of the CAC, and the comprehensive ability of the model has reached the top of the industry authoritative list VBENCH. It leads the industry in core dimensions such as temporal coherence, semantic understanding, high-definition dynamic generation, and multi-object logic processing.

Relying on the original multi-model intelligent collaborative scheduling system, the company completely reconstructs the traditional film and television production mode, compressing the traditional production period of tens of days to 1-3 people and 7 days for efficient delivery, and continuously optimizing the underlying architecture to reduce computing power consumption by 70% and training costs by 60%. It truly realizes low-cost, high-concurrency, and standardized AI video industrial batch delivery.
At present, the company has reached deep ecological cooperation with Huawei Kunpeng, Tencent Cloud, Tianyi Cloud, Baidu and other head computing power and technology manufacturers, and built a complete closed loop of “self-research model — domestic computing power — industrial platform — commercial landing”.
