Jinling Petrochemical: Full-process collaborative control of intelligent refining and Chemical Factory

Jinling Petrochemical Company was established in 1982 and mainly engages in petroleum refining and the processing, production and sales of petrochemical products. After 43 years of reform and development, the company has become the third largest crude oil processing base of Sinopec, a major detergent raw material production base in Asia, and an important crude oil transfer hub, refined oil and chemical raw material supply base in East China. It holds an important position in China’s energy strategic security and petrochemical industry layout.
In recent years, Jinling Petrochemical has actively responded to the national strategy of high-end, intelligent and green development, systematically promoting “intelligent transformation, digital transition and network connection”, deepening the integrated application of new-generation information technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence and big data in production, safety, environmental protection and equipment, effectively enhancing process level, equipment reliability, production efficiency and safety management capabilities. The company focuses on key links such as digital infrastructure, digital factories, and digital organizational structures, and strengthens the construction of a full-process intelligent collaborative control system. By integrating four main lines of management, production, service, and intelligent operation, it builds two major platforms of digital service and basic support, and improves three major systems of network security, data governance and information standardization, and information and digital control. We will continue to enhance the digital and intelligent level of enterprises, effectively promoting the transformation of old and new growth drivers and the quality improvement and upgrading of industries.

Plus Environment: Highly customized air treatment equipment flexible intelligent factory

Tianjia was founded in 1991 and adheres to the development strategy of “one environmental protection path, two business segments”, forming a professional air environment manufacturing process business segment and a green renewable energy business segment. The former focuses on the extreme environment field of air purification and energy-saving applications in building refrigeration systems. Its clean products have maintained the top market share in China for 15 consecutive years. The latter is committed to becoming a world-leading provider and service provider of green renewable energy solutions.
Tianjia adheres to the four-wheel drive of “intelligent manufacturing, smart operation, AI innovation, and green sustainability”, and builds an end-to-end full-process digital operation system from “SCIC battle situation prediction to Optseek Smart Internet of Things”. Tianjia has established a full life cycle development system for TLPD products to achieve rapid verification and efficient research and development. Build an intelligent chain collaboration platform for CRM and APS procurement plans to shorten the delivery cycle; Independently developed high-flexibility MES to achieve full-process quality control and traceability with “one machine, one code, one card”. Tianjia also builds platforms such as equipment OEE and PHM, remote operation and maintenance of IoT products, CSS services, and BI big data operation. Relying on deep learning algorithms and AI agents, it realizes functions such as efficiency monitoring, health pre-diagnosis, proactive early warning, precise order dispatching, and multi-dimensional and multi-level drilling analysis. After the smart factory was completed, Tianjia’s new product R&D cycle was shortened by 20%, the delivery cycle by 25%, manufacturing efficiency was increased by 30%, and operating costs were reduced by more than 20%. At the same time, it significantly enhanced energy conservation and carbon reduction levels, providing a replicable model for the promotion of “three Zeros” demonstration scenarios.

In recent years, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone has been actively implementing the national, provincial and municipal work arrangements on promoting the “intelligent transformation, digital transition and network connection” of the manufacturing industry, and continuously promoting the deep integration of new-generation information technology and advanced manufacturing technology.
We have made forward-looking deployments of new information infrastructure and built the first batch of “10-Gigabit parks” in Jiangsu Province to high standards. We have deeply empowered industrial transformation and upgrading with innovative resources such as 5G-A, 10-gigabit optical networks, and intelligent computing power, providing solid network hardware support for enterprises in the parks.
Strengthen policy guidance and business guidance, provide comprehensive intelligent manufacturing diagnosis services for large-scale industrial enterprises, invite experts for free diagnosis and top-level planning and design, propose systematic solutions on a case-by-case basis for each enterprise, and guide enterprises to accelerate digital and intelligent transformation and development.

Up to now, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone has built a total of 3 national-level outstanding intelligent factories, 1 national-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory, 2 national-level 5G factories, 15 provincial-level advanced intelligent factories, 11 provincial-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories, and 2 provincial-level industrial Internet benchmark factories. It also has 103 star-rated cloud enterprises.

What is an “outstanding smart factory”?
In October 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the National Data Administration jointly launched the 2024 Smart Factory Gradient Cultivation Action. The action was divided into four levels: basic, advanced, outstanding, and leading. At the same time, the application and selection work for the first batch of outstanding smart factories was organized Among them, the “Implementation Plan for the Gradient Cultivation Action of Smart Factories” proposes to selectively build outstanding smart factories, encourage advanced smart factories to promote the integration and comprehensive optimization of all manufacturing links, and leap towards outstanding smart factories. An outstanding intelligent factory should be at the leading level in the domestic industry in terms of the integration and connection of design, production and operation data, intelligent control of manufacturing equipment, online optimization of the production process, comprehensive optimization of the entire product life cycle and all links of the supply chain, multi-scenario system-level intelligent application, and major technical and economic indicators, and play a leading role in the industry.
