Under the scorching sun, in the industrial concentration zone of Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the huge arms of tower cranes are swinging, the mechanical roar is deafening, and welding sparks are falling like a starry rain. The second and third phases of the expansion and renovation project of the related supporting parts of Zhengyuan Chemical Machinery equipment are advancing at full speed with great momentum. The figures of the workers sweating profusely outline a vivid picture of the industrial upgrading in the Agricultural High-tech Zone.
The project is based on Nanjing Fuyuan Chemical Pipeline Equipment Co., LTD., which has been rooted in the local area for 17 years. The company is affiliated with Nanjing Zhengyuan Group and is equipped with various advanced facilities and technological processes. It currently has one expert consultant specializing in chemical machinery and equipment from Canada and one expert in chemical technology from Japan, with a workforce of 238. After years of operation, we have established good business relations with over a thousand enterprises of various types, including Nanjing Hongtaiyang Co., LTD., Zhejiang Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., and Lianhua Group. We have also exported in large quantities to countries such as Japan, Germany, India, and Pakistan. In 2024, we will achieve sales of 520.53 million yuan.
According to the Project Promotion Office of Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the project covers a construction area of 168.1 mu, with an additional total construction area of 122,300 square meters. It will install 1,500 sets of professional equipment such as hydraulic presses, cranes, and punch presses, and expand and renovate the production lines of chemical machinery equipment and related supporting parts. The project adopts production processes such as roller coating, spraying, enameling and powder sintering. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 3,000 sets of chemical machinery and equipment, 5,000 vacuum pumps, 20,000 mechanical seals, 100,000 valves, 400,000 pipes and 500 tons of PTFE pipes.
From the “speed of the Agricultural High-tech Zone” to the “quality of the Agricultural High-tech Zone”, every breakthrough of the Zhengyuan project validates the firm belief of Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone in “cultivating an industrial forest through fertile business environment”. When the last truckload of concrete was poured into the foundation of the third-phase factory building, a high-end equipment manufacturing base based in the Yangtze River Delta and radiating globally was already roaring here!
