On November 27th, the East China Branch of the International Trading Center for Electronic Components and Integrated Circuits was officially inaugurated in Nanjing. At the same time, the “Ning Gong Pin Tui” market supply and demand matching special event was successfully held in Nanjing. Xie Qinglin, a member of the Party Group and vice president of China Electronics Corporation, Xu Feng, vice mayor of Nanjing Municipal Government, and other leaders attended the event, jointly witnessing the significant moment when this national-level platform takes root in the ancient capital and empowers industries.
As a trillion-yuan international trading platform jointly approved by three ministries and commissions and jointly built by 11 central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises led by China Electronics Corporation, the International Trading Center for Electronic Components and Integrated Circuits serves as the “connecting bridge” of the global electronic information industry and the “core cornerstone” of the digital economy. The establishment of its East China branch center in Nanjing not only highlights the unique charm of Nanjing as the “preferred investment destination for central enterprises”, but also achieves a deep resonance between national strategies and regional industrial endowments.
At the event site, supply chain procurement managers from about 60 key enterprises in the industrial chain, including China Electronics Corporation, Nanjing NARI Semiconductor Co., LTD., Nanjing FiberHome Star Communications Development Co., LTD., Shenzhen Demingli Technology Co., LTD., and Shenzhen Jiangbo Long Electronics Co., LTD., gathered together to discuss cooperation and plan for development.
The signing ceremony became the focus of this event. China Resources Recycling Group New Energy Technology Co., LTD., Jiangsu Guoguang Information Industry Co., LTD., and Nanjing NARI Semiconductor Co., Ltd. officially signed cooperation agreements with the trading center, marking a substantive step forward for all parties in the coordinated development of the industrial chain. In addition, the trading center and seven industrial ecosystem partners including Shenzhen Quanxing Technology Co., Ltd. successively carried out business promotion. Among them, the trading center highlighted core service models such as user centralized procurement, tail material auction, inquiry and comparison, and digital and intelligent supply chain management. The innovative design and efficient and secure advantages of the platform product auction link were widely recognized by the participating enterprises.
The East China Branch Center will be based in Nanjing, radiate throughout Jiangsu Province, and serve East China. It will focus on the fields of power, automobiles, computers and communications, providing full-chain supply chain services for key enterprises in Nanjing’s software and information services, smart grids, integrated circuits, and new-generation information and communication industries. The implementation of this platform will not only break through the bottlenecks and disruptions in the supply chain and reduce the operating costs of enterprises, but also attract the aggregation of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, promoting the formation of an industrial ecosystem featuring “precise matching of supply and demand and efficient resource flow”, making Nanjing a “exchange” for supply and demand connection, an “accelerator” for technology transformation and a “gravitational field” for industrial agglomeration in the global electronic components and integrated circuits field.
Next, the Office for Promoting the New Generation of Information and Communication Industry will continue to deepen the brand effect of “Ning Gong Pin Tui” and regularly carry out supply and demand matching activities in key areas. With the official operation of the East China Branch Center, Nanjing will further consolidate its position as a core city for advanced manufacturing and new-generation information technology in the Yangtze River Delta, accelerate its rise as an industrial hub that links East China, serves the whole country and connects the world, inject a stronger “aggregation engine” into the city’s “digital run”, and promote the city’s industrial ecosystem to move towards a brand-new situation of comprehensive and in-depth cooperation.
