As the year draws to a close, major project construction is in full swing. Recently, the Nanjing Xiyuan Road New Materials Production and Research Base, a major project in Nanjing, has successfully achieved trial production
The Xiyuan Road New Materials Production and Research Base is located in the Guanshan Industrial Zone, Jingqiao Town, Lishui District. With a total investment of 550 million yuan, it aims to revitalize 42.9 mu of idle industrial land and build a modern road new materials production and research complex integrating production, research and development, and services. The project is scheduled to officially commence in August 2024. The construction content includes a comprehensive factory building, a research and development building, and related supporting facilities. Additionally, multiple environmentally friendly production lines will be newly built, covering 4000-type and 2000-type environmentally friendly asphalt mixture production lines, a 600-type cement-stabilized crushed stone production line, and a 120T/H asphalt mixture recycling and regeneration production line.
While enhancing production capacity, the project actively practices the concept of green and low-carbon, and builds a 0.7MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation system as a supporting facility, achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits
It is expected that after the full completion and commissioning by the end of this year, the project will have an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of asphalt mixture and 200,000 tons of cement-stabilized crushed stone, achieving an annual sales revenue of approximately 150 million yuan
During the project’s advancement, Jingqiao Town has continuously optimized its business environment, implemented a full life-cycle management of “recruitment, promotion and service”, and carried out an integrated service mechanism of “five offices”. Through dedicated team services, it has removed the “bottlenecks” in project implementation, and made every effort to promote the early start, rapid construction and early production of the project. Up to now, all three major municipal projects, namely Xiyuan, Juli and Datang, as well as 17 key industrial projects in various districts, have started construction.
In recent years, Jingqiao Town has been making solid progress in closing down chemical enterprises to “make room for new ones”. Since 2023, it has revitalized over 400 mu of low-efficiency industrial land and more than 100,000 square meters of idle factory buildings, providing space for the implementation of high-quality projects. Centering on core industries such as big health, intelligent manufacturing, and medical devices, the town has carried out targeted investment promotion guided by the principle of “extending, supplementing, and strengthening the industrial chain”. Since 2023, 18 real enterprises have settled in, with a total investment of approximately 5.6 billion yuan. Among them, 9 projects have been put into production, 7 are under construction, and 2 have been signed. The cluster effect of “innovative manufacturing + smart healthcare” is gradually emerging. To lay a solid industrial foundation for building a new Jingqiao that is “led by ecological economy and a demonstration of green transformation”.
