On October 20th, the Nanjing Jingfeng Electromechanical Technology Co., LTD. Industrial Park project, a major project in Nanjing City, was officially completed. The total investment of this project amounts to 550 million yuan. After full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output of 2.5 million sets of high-end power tools, with an annual output value expected to exceed 500 million yuan. It will become a new engine driving intelligent manufacturing in Lishui and a vital force in strengthening the national-level characteristic industrial cluster. Xu Zhenghong, the deputy district head of Lishui District and the Party secretary of Yongyang Sub-district, and others attended the event.
Xu Zhenghong said in his speech that the successful completion of the Jingfeng Electromechanical Industrial Park is not only a strategic leap in the development of the enterprise, but also injects new impetus into the national-level characteristic industrial cluster of CNC machine tool functional components in Lishui District. The district committee and the district government will continue to optimize the business environment. Through measures such as assigning service specialists, precisely delivering policies, and efficiently connecting market resources, they will fully support the development of enterprises. It is hoped that Jingfeng Electromechanical will accelerate its production and efficiency, strive to become an industry benchmark, play the leading role of a “chain leader”, and drive the coordinated development of the industrial chain.
Nanjing Jingfeng Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing Tangfeng Electromechanical Co., LTD., a national high-tech enterprise. It has long been dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of power tools, garden tools and small household appliances. The total investment of this completed project is 550 million yuan. It will achieve production iteration through 50 fully automatic production lines and comprehensively upgrade to intelligent manufacturing. The project was initiated in August last year. Under the full support of the government’s “one-to-one” service team, it has achieved efficient progress from project approval to element coordination. It is the first “pre-acceptance and commissioning” project in the entire district. It is expected to be officially put into production in early November. After production starts, it will produce 2.5 million sets of high-end power tools annually, with an annual output value exceeding 500 million yuan and tax revenue exceeding 20 million yuan.

At present, Yongyang Park has gathered 62 enterprises specializing in complete machines, core components and supporting facilities, including 2 national “Little Giant” enterprises of “Specialized, Refined, distinctive and innovative”, 23 provincial “Specialized, Refined, distinctive and innovative” enterprises, 3 provincial enterprise technology centers, 46 provincial three-star cloud enterprises and 1 provincial green factory. The industrial ecosystem is continuously optimized and the competitiveness of the cluster is constantly enhanced.
