On the morning of November 30th, the new intelligent factory of Nanjing Huateng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 500 million yuan was completed in Lishui Economic Development Zone. The new factory will achieve a huge leap in production capacity and help Huateng truly move from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing”.
This new smart factory has a total construction area of 43,000 square meters and is a modern industrial park integrating intelligent production workshops and a research and development center. The factory has comprehensively adopted intelligent equipment and production management systems, achieving precise digital control throughout the entire process.
Inside the workshop, 50 automated production lines for cold heading commutators are orderly arranged, with an annual production capacity of 12 million units per set. It is expected that the overall production efficiency will increase by more than 30%, and the annual output value is likely to exceed 200 million yuan.
Hu Youliang, the director of the Lishui Development Zone Management Committee, praised Huateng’s “three news” in his speech: a new leap in intelligent manufacturing, a new practice in green development, and a new support for industrial upgrading. He stated that the development zone will continue to optimize the industrial ecosystem, provide precise policies and efficient services, and ensure that every entrepreneur who settles in Lishui can start a business with peace of mind, develop with confidence, and live comfortably.
