It is hoped that the three districts will work together to build an industrial platform that strengthens and complements weaknesses, empowers and increases efficiency, and strives to promote the implementation of a number of talent projects, the transformation and application of a number of scientific and technological achievements, and the cooperation of a number of enterprises in the park as soon as possible through channel resource sharing, project information push, and joint construction of “enclave” parks. The signing of this agreement marks that the cooperation in the area has risen to a new height, and it is hoped that a regular consultation mechanism will be established to jointly build a version of “South-South Cooperation” in Nanjing. During the signing event, Lishui District and Jiangning District signed a regional linkage cooperation agreement; The three zones jointly signed a cooperation agreement on the coordinated development of the new energy (intelligent networked) automobile industry chain and the coordinated development of the aerospace economy industry chain. According to the regional linkage cooperation agreement, Jiangning District and Lishui District will adhere to the cooperation orientation of industrial complementarity, resource sharing, innovation and synergy, and win-win cooperation, strengthen regional integration and cooperation in the fields of industrial development, investment promotion, scientific and technological innovation, infrastructure, and park co-construction, promote the echelon transfer of internal industries, build high-end industrial clusters at a high level, improve the level of regional industrial synergy and integration development, and further enhance the absorption and radiation capacity of southern Nanjing to the Yangtze River Delta, the main urban area and southern Anhui. According to the cooperation agreement on the coordinated development of new energy (intelligent networked) vehicles and aerospace economic industry chains in the three districts, Jiangning District, Lishui District and Gaochun District will focus on the construction of new energy (intelligent networked) automobile industry chain, deepen cross-regional industrial cooperation, promote the agglomeration of innovative elements, the integration of industrial chains, and the coordinated development of enterprises, so as to jointly build a new energy vehicle industry cluster with national influence; We will build an aerospace economy industrial cooperation pattern with complementary advantages, mutual benefit and coordinated development, jointly promote the significant growth of industrial scale, greatly improve technological innovation capabilities, and improve the industrial ecology, so as to help Nanjing occupy a leading position in the national aerospace economy.
