To thoroughly implement the relevant requirements of the “Guidelines for Management Enhancement of Industrial Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Trial)” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and in line with the deployment and arrangements of the “Notice on Carrying Out the 2025 ‘Yiqi Yiqi’ Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Action” and the “Three-Year Action Plan for Cultivating Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (2023-2025)”, the Nanjing Enterprise Service Center will take the lead in organizing A special event aimed at enhancing the innovation management, production management and strategic management capabilities of specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises was successfully concluded recently. Since its launch in January this year, a total of 7 events have been held, with over 300 enterprise representatives participating, marking a phased conclusion to the construction of enterprise management capabilities.
The Innovation Management Capacity Enhancement activity, themed “Patent Empowerment for Enterprise Innovation and Development”, interprets intellectual property recognition, pre-examination processes, risk prevention, and high-value patent application techniques, etc. It helps enterprises accurately grasp the logic of intellectual property layout, avoid risks, seize opportunities, and inject lasting impetus into the high-quality development of enterprises. The production management capacity enhancement activity, with the theme of “Core Concepts of Lean Production and Enterprise Practices”, focuses on the construction of lean management architecture, cost reduction and efficiency improvement ideas and promotion paths. Through in-depth interaction with enterprise representatives via “theory + case studies”, it turns the abstruse into the understandable and uses cases as references, effectively enhancing the enterprises’ understanding and practical operation capabilities of lean production.
The strategic management capability enhancement activity, with the theme of “Learn from Huawei, Growth-oriented Management Practices”, deeply analyzed and studied the four core modules of Huawei’s enterprise strategic management, organizational collaboration, incentive mechanism, and corporate culture, providing direction and inspiration for the enterprise’s self-improvement and development.
The special activities have built a platform for enterprises to enhance their capabilities and exchange experiences, helping specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprises to strengthen their management capabilities and consolidate their development foundations. Subsequently, the Nanjing Enterprise Service Center will also organize point-to-point medical consultation activities based on the demands of enterprises, further helping them enhance their awareness of scientific and standardized management, improve management measures, and raise management levels.
