On March 6, the Central Business District of the New District and CITIC Construction signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and the two parties will jointly build a new generation of industrial software base project. Lu Weidong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jiangbei New District, Yang Jianqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CITIC Construction, Zhong Ning, General Manager of CITIC Construction, and He Jinxue, member of the Party Working Committee of Jiangbei New District and Vice Chairman of the Management Committee, attended the event.
CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and is a holding subsidiary of China CITIC Group. It has been among the top in the ranking of ENR 250 large international engineering contractors for many years. At present, CITIC Construction has formed core business capabilities such as planning, design , operation , investment and financing construction, and has actively cooperated with CITIC Group ‘s brother companies and strategic partners to provide comprehensive services in the “CITIC Joint Fleet” method .
According to the cooperation agreement, the project will focus on the research and development and iterative innovation of industrial software root technology, build high-standard laboratories and incubation bases, attract key benchmark enterprises in the industry, and jointly build a highland for domestic industrial software innovation and an industrial ecological cluster.
Lu Weidong said that the new district and CITIC
have always maintained a deep cooperation and friendship. This time, the two sides have joined hands again to jointly promote the construction of a new generation of industrial software base project. This is not only a pragmatic measure to deepen mutual benefit and win-win results and seize development opportunities, but also a key move to promote the leap in the industrial software industry and build the competitive advantages of the new district . It is hoped that the two sides will work together to build the project into a demonstration project for China Root Software Science Base with industrial-city integration, model innovation and efficient development; it is looking forward to deepening cooperation with universities, research institutes
and key enterprises, continuously improving independent innovation capabilities, and fully building a new generation of independent and controllable industrial software industry science and technology innovation highland.

said that CITIC Construction will take the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement as a new starting point for serving national strategies and integrating into regional cooperation. Relying on CITIC Construction’s project construction experience and resources in Nanjing Jiangbei New District, focusing on the new generation of industrial software base project construction goals of the new district, we will implement the three-in-one project implementation model of “science and technology + finance + infrastructure”, injecting the project into the project with the planning thinking of “investment + financing + policy funds + engineering construction + industrial operation”, promote the substantive implementation of the project, and help the new district build a highland for industrial software core innovation.
