The Nanjing Alibaba Center is located at No. 8, Yongchui Road, Jianye District. With the completion of the main structures of the 8 buildings in the park and the basic connection of the approximately 1-kilometer-long aerial bridge system, the overall framework of this digital economy landmark has become clear.
This landmark project, with a total investment of over 8 billion yuan and a total construction area of 850,000 square meters, is accelerating its transformation from blueprint to reality. Currently, three office buildings are still under construction and are expected to be fully completed and delivered this year. In the future, it will be able to accommodate approximately 30,000 people for work, injecting strong new momentum into the high-quality development of Jianye District.
With the steady progress of the project construction, the industrial agglomeration effect of Nanjing Alibaba Center has already emerged ahead of schedule. According to Cao Wei, the General Manager of the East China Region of the Real Estate Management Department of Alibaba Group, as of now, the park has gathered over 150 outstanding enterprises and projects, with the number of office workers exceeding 6,000, and the regional innovation vitality continues to burst forth.
To create a livable and prosperous urban environment, the park has also comprehensively improved its supporting facilities. The commercial complex “Jinling Tianyi” has rapidly become a new commercial landmark in the southwestern part of the city with the presence of over 100 flagship stores. This has effectively enhanced the consumption quality and vitality of the area.
Meanwhile, the “Qinpingyu” talent apartment, which has been in operation for only three months, has already attracted over 400 tenants, fully demonstrating its strong appeal to young talents.
Furthermore, as an important part of the “Youth Developmental Neighborhood” of the Alibaba Center, the “Qinping OPCC Community” is also defining the ecological density of Al innovation and entrepreneurship in the park. Three months after its establishment, the community began to expand its space. At the same time, with the establishment and operation of the “Al Time· Nanjing Artificial Intelligence International Community OPCC Alliance”, all key links such as “research and development, verification, financing, and project acquisition” have been concentrated under “one roof”. Entrepreneurs no longer need to go around everywhere; they can focus their energy on technological breakthroughs and business growth, further improving the regional innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The vigorous development of Nanjing Alibaba Center is a vivid illustration of the deepened cooperation and joint development between Jianye District and enterprises. Relying on the “Close-to-Orange Service” system, the park is continuously creating a dynamic “micro-ecosystem” for the development of enterprises.
At present, the park has served over 150 enterprises. Through activities such as “Future Exploration Day”, it has sent out over 2,000 resumes, facilitated over 100 business connections between enterprises, assisted in the application of over 100 special policies, effectively promoting cross-enterprise cooperation both within and outside the park. The cooperation amount exceeded 50 million yuan, covering over 10 cutting-edge industries such as artificial intelligence, cross-border e-commerce, and intelligent manufacturing. Relevant achievements have been covered by over 40 media outlets, with 200 reports published, and were featured on CCTV’s “News Broadcast”. The social influence has significantly increased.
