Recently, the high-standard granary construction project of Nanjing Lingshan Grain Base built by Nanliang Group, a subsidiary of Xinnong Group, in Liuhe District has completed the overall pile foundation acceptance, and the construction of the main structure of the project has exceeded 50%, and the main body of the building is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. The project covers an area of about 40 acres, with a total construction area of about 13,000 square meters, and will add 47,500 tons of high-standard granary capacity after completion. Compared with the existing tall bungalow warehouse, the high-standard granary adopts more energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials, with better thermal insulation, heat insulation, and air-tight effects, and integrates the two green grain storage technologies of nitrogen and low temperature, as well as the digital and intelligent grain depot management system into the construction and application, which can effectively promote the quality and freshness of grain in the storage stage and save and reduce losses, and realize the double improvement of the scale of supply facilities and the quality level of grain protection.

Recently, the fourth phase of the comprehensive environmental improvement project of Hongshan Forest Zoo, a centralized construction project implemented by Zidong Company, a subsidiary of Southeast Group, started. The project is located in Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo, including the renovation of 12 roads in the park, the renovation and upgrading of important node squares such as East Gate Square, Meerkat Square, Giraffe Square, Amphibian and Reptile Hall, Bear Valley and Grand Spectacular Pavilion, upgrading and renovating 3 public toilets in East Gate, Playground and Hippo Pavilion, and building new public toilets in Giraffe Square. The total investment of the project is about 29.79 million. After completion, it will further enhance the environmental quality and ecological value of the zoo, and improve the convenience and comfort of tourists.
07 Water Group
The Longtan water plant will double its production capacity next year

Recently, the Water Affairs Group launched the first phase of the reconstruction and expansion project of Longtan Water Plant. At present, the earthwork and pile foundation operation have been completed on the site, and the main construction stage has been fully entered. The water supply scope of Longtan Water Plant is mainly in the northeast area of Nanjing, including Xianlin, Setshan, and also cross-city radiation to Jurong Baohua and other areas, the current daily water supply is about 150,000 cubic meters, and it is expected that by June next year, the expanded Longtan Water Plant production capacity will be doubled.
