At the site of the Coordinate Collection Intelligent Manufacturing Industrialization Base project, the long arms of tower cranes are swinging, and engineering vehicles are shuttling back and forth. “Even during the New Year’s Day holiday, work didn’t stop. Everyone was pulling out all the stops to catch up on the progress!” ” The project leader introduced that everyone is making a full sprint towards the predetermined construction node goals.
On this land, a modern industrial base with a total construction area of approximately 21,500 square meters is about to rise. According to the plan, in the future, nearly ten thousand collaborative robots and intelligent robots will be mass-produced and rolled off the production line every year, entering various industries.
The Jicui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrialization Base Project is located to the north of Yuanguang Road and to the east of Puwu North Road in Dingshan Sub-district. The project covers an area of 8,010.24 square meters and has a total construction area of 21,548.63 square meters. It will build a 10-story main building and a 4-story podium.
The 1st to 4th floors of the main building will be connected with the 4-story podium at the back, forming a complete production area. Our collaborative robots and others will complete tasks such as component processing, complete machine assembly, debugging and testing, and packaging and shipping here. The project leader introduced that the upper floors of the main building will be arranged around the embodied intelligent robots to set up production Spaces and R&D studios, meeting the innovative demands of technical personnel and achieving efficient collaboration between production and R&D.
Production and research and development are the key words of the industrialization base and also the development key words of Jicui Intelligent Manufacturing.
Since its establishment in the New District Research and Innovation Park in 2016, the Jicui Intelligent Manufacturing team has been focusing on the robot field and concentrating on research and development. After several years of development, it has launched multiple collaborative robots that can make coffee, understand welding, and handle picking, which have been quickly put into use in multiple industrial-grade workshops and consumer-grade scenarios.
The enterprise is moving faster and faster, receiving more and more orders. The industrialization base under intense construction is precisely to meet the urgent need for capacity expansion. Our backlog of orders is already fully booked. We also just received a batch of orders from Singapore, France and Russia before the Spring Festival, and many of them are waiting to be delivered. The project leader admitted that the current production site of the enterprise could no longer meet the production capacity demand.
To this end, the new base will not only expand the production area but also build an automated production line to achieve intelligent circulation from parts to finished products, significantly reducing the delivery cycle. Introduce an AI dispatching system to continuously enhance production capacity and ensure the stability of product quality. Meanwhile, this base will also become the core carrier for enterprises to layout embodied intelligent robots, paving the way for the implementation of new technologies.
It is understood that after the new base is completed, it can produce nearly 10,000 collaborative robots and intelligent robots annually. At present, the project is in the basement structure construction stage, and the foundation structure construction is being fully advanced. It is expected that the main structure will be capped before May this year, and the construction will be completed and put into operation by the end of the year.
The project construction is in full swing, while on the other hand, the support of the new district is also keeping up at all times.
