In 2010, Guoneng Longyuan Environmental Protection Nanjing Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, invested 200 million yuan in Lishui to build a large-scale industrialized manufacturing base, with ultra-low emission filter bags, high-end water treatment ultrafiltration membranes and reverse osmosis membrane intelligent production lines, as well as quality testing equipment and test platforms.
Since its completion and operation, Nanjing Longyuan Lishui Co., Ltd. has continuously increased R&D investment and promoted independent innovation of environmental protection technology by relying on the strong scientific research strength of Guoneng Longyuan Environmental Protection Nanjing Co., Ltd. In recent years, the company has made a number of breakthroughs in the fields of water treatment membrane technology, air purification technology, solid waste treatment technology, etc., especially the self-developed high-strength PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, which has the characteristics of high flux, anti-pollution, high strength and low energy consumption, and is widely used in various industries.

At present, Nanjing Longyuan Lishui Co., Ltd. has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million square meters of filter bags, 1 million square meters of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes and 40,000 reverse osmosis membranes, and has become a first-line leading enterprise in the domestic environmental protection industry.

Walking into the large-scale industrialized production and manufacturing base of the enterprise, the intelligent production lines operate efficiently, the operation of advanced equipment such as robots and automatic control systems is free, and the entire production process is accurate, efficient and environmentally friendly. Driven by the strategy of intelligent manufacturing, Nanjing Longyuan Lishui Company has achieved a double improvement in production efficiency and product quality by introducing advanced production equipment, optimizing production processes, and improving the level of automation.
“Our intelligent manufacturing workshop has a leading intelligent reverse osmosis membrane production line in China, and through the combination of intelligent system and fine control system, it has realized unattended and intelligent control of the whole process.” Sun Kailiang introduced that the newly put into operation in September last year can increase the production efficiency by 30%.
In addition, the company also attaches great importance to the deep integration of digital, networked and intelligent technologies in production and management, and realizes the visualization, traceability and optimization of the production process through the construction of smart factories and digital management platforms, which provides strong support for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
