On November 18th, the “Ning Gong Pin Tui” – “2025 Automotive New Materials Innovation Matching Conference and Nanjing Real Estate Automobile Promotion Event” was successfully held in Xuanwu District. The conference was guided by the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the People’s Government of Xuanwu District, and jointly hosted by the Development and Reform Commission of Xuanwu District, Donghua Automobile and others. Representatives from over 70 enterprises, universities and research institutions along the upstream and downstream of Nanjing’s new energy vehicle industry chain, including SAIC Motor, Changan Automobile, Changan Mazda, SAIC Maxus, Kewei New Energy, Donghua Automobile, Baoshan Iron and Steel, Julong Technology, Nanjing Forestry University and Jiangsu University, attended the meeting for exchanges and supply and demand matching.

The conference focused on in-depth exchanges on the cutting-edge applications and collaborative innovation of new materials in the field of transportation. Relevant industry experts shared their insights on themes such as “Green New Materials for Intelligent Travel”, “Innovation and Application of Automotive Materials”, “Steel and Rare Earths for a Better Life”, and “Trends and Demands of New Materials – Innovative Development of Intelligent Cockpits”. Through the exchange, the representatives attending the meeting gained a deeper understanding of the innovative paths and application prospects of new materials in the field of large transportation, and pointed out the direction for the technological layout and cooperation of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.

During this conference, a promotion event for local automobiles in Nanjing was also held. Nanjing Automobile Group, Nanjing Changan, Changan Mazda, Kewei New Energy, Nanjing Iveco and SAIC Maxus showcased a number of best-selling models at the event site, presenting the innovative achievements of the local automotive industry in Nanjing and receiving high praise from the citizens.
