The New Year is approaching and the festive atmosphere in Nanjing is getting stronger.
The Nanjing Municipal Commerce System has focused on six key themes around the special event of the Four Seasons New Year Consumption Season, and guided 12 sectors to carry out N consumption promotion activities in combination with local resource advantages to create an atmosphere for promoting consumption in Nanjing during the New Year.
In order to stimulate consumption and let Nanjing citizens have a happy new year, Nanjing City continues to implement the national and provincial policies of replacing old for new consumer goods such as automobiles, home appliances, 3C products, home furnishings, electric bicycles, etc. , bringing real benefits to consumers.
During the Spring Festival, key companies such as Suning.com and JD Five Star participated in the province’s home appliance and 3C product subsidy activities, with 58 categories of home appliances receiving subsidies of up to 20%, and 3 categories of digital products receiving subsidies of up to 15%. There were also special events and superimposed discounts to make renewal even more powerful.
In terms of car trade-ins, the Ministry of Commerce and the Provincial Department of Commerce recently issued relevant policies on car trade-ins for 2025 , with a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan for car scrapping and renewal, and a maximum subsidy of 15,000 yuan for car replacement and renewal.
Nanjing also launched the 2025 Nanjing Automobile Consumption Subsidy on January 1 , with a maximum subsidy of 4,000 yuan for individual consumers who purchase new cars. Within the scope permitted by the superior policy, the municipal policy can be combined with the national automobile scrapping and renewal subsidy and the provincial automobile replacement and renewal subsidy, that is, eligible individual consumers can enjoy a maximum of 24,000 yuan in car purchase subsidies.
