01 The Jianneng Remote Intelligent Power Control System Production Line Project
Near the construction site on Caolu Road in the development zone, three modern factory buildings have taken shape, and workers are currently engaged in exterior wall decoration construction.
Nanjing Jianeng Electric Co., Ltd. has a total investment of approximately 500 million yuan and plans to build four new intelligent production lines. Once completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 50,000 sets of remote intelligent power control integrated systems, further promoting the development of the regional intelligent power equipment industry. During the project’s advancement, the relevant departments of the development zone actively coordinated to solve the problems of temporary facilities and pipeline laying, ensuring the construction progress.” Peng Zenghai, the project’s construction supervisor, introduced that the main structure of the project has been capped at present. The subsequent works are being advanced in accordance with the prearranged plan. It is expected to be completed in October and enter the equipment commissioning stage in December, laying a foundation for the official production next year.
02 Nanjing Jingfeng’s annual production of 2.5 million electric tool products project
Nanjing Jingfeng Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of power tools, garden tools and small household appliances. Its lithium battery series of guns, drills and other products are exported to Europe and America. It is a long-term partner of international supermarkets such as German LIDL and American Walmart, and has also carried out in-depth cooperation with domestic leading brands such as Aogi Technology and Xiaomi.
As a key high-end equipment manufacturing project introduced by Yongyang Sub-district, the Jingfeng project has a total investment of 550 million yuan. It will build an intelligent production base, construct 50 intelligent production lines, achieve logistics and production automation, and comprehensively upgrade intelligent manufacturing. “We are the first project in the entire district to adopt the ‘pre-acceptance and commissioning’ model, which has significantly shortened the cycle from completion acceptance to production.” ” Lu Guofeng, the general manager of the company, said that the main structure has been completed and the peripheral pipeline project is being advanced. More than 150 workers are working hard. The equipment will be delivered in batches by mid-September. The first phase is expected to be put into production in October this year. After production starts, the annual output of power tools will be 2.5 million pieces.
03 Expansion project of Haas CNC Sheet metal processing equipment production line
The Haas CNC project is located on 湫 street in shi. The main structures of the two factory buildings have been capped, and currently, the construction of internal wall masonry and roof panel installation is underway. Xu Ning, the project manager of the construction unit, introduced: “We have stocked up on heatstroke prevention materials. During the high-temperature period, we have adjusted the working hours. The construction time is from 4:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., avoiding the hottest period. At the same time, we have increased the number of construction personnel and machinery to ensure the quality and progress of the project. It is expected to be completed in November.” “
As a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise cultivated locally in shiqiu street, Haas CNC has developed rapidly since its establishment in 2016. Its products such as bending machines and shearing machines are exported to over 80 countries and regions around the world. With the rapid growth of its foreign trade export business, Haas CNC has invested 520 million yuan to build a new expansion project for a production line of 1,000 sets of CNC sheet metal processing equipment annually. Once completed and put into operation, it will achieve fully automated production from raw materials to products, capable of manufacturing 700 bending machines, 300 shearing machines and other processing equipment annually, doubling its production capacity. Further enhance the competitiveness of the “Haas” brand in the international market.
04 Lishui Chechuang Intelligent Connected Vehicle Parts Industrial Park Project
In the new materials industrial base of Dongping Sub-district, the construction of Lishui Chechuang Intelligent Connected Vehicle Parts Industrial Park is advancing at full speed. As a key automotive industry innovation carrier developed by Lishui District, the first phase of this industrial park was completed and put into use at the beginning of last year. Currently, the supporting area of the second phase has been fully capped and is about to undergo interior decoration and equipment installation.
In recent years, Dongping Sub-district has focused on cutting-edge fields such as new energy vehicles, intelligent connected vehicles, and new materials, and is committed to building an intelligent connected vehicle industry ecosystem integrating R&D, manufacturing, and office functions. At present, the park has successfully signed contracts with 11 enterprises including Zhongka Intelligent, Sufule Sunshade and Yuye New Energy. The total investment for the second phase of the project is 600 million yuan. Currently, the construction of supporting facilities such as staff dormitories, dining halls, and fitness centers has started. It is expected to complete the completion filing by February next year. 05 Huazhou High-End Precision Parts (Components) Production Base Project
Entering the project site of Huazhou’s high-end precision parts (components) production base located in Honglan Street, three modern factories have risen from the ground. Workers are engaged in roof construction, door and window installation, and wall painting. Li Zhanxing, the chief engineer of the project, said, “The main structure has been fully completed. It is expected to be put into production by the end of October, and the output value this year is expected to exceed 150 million yuan.”
Huazhou Technology Nanjing Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of high-end precision molds and components. In October last year, it invested 600 million yuan to start the construction of this production base, mainly providing supporting services for enterprises such as Gree, Skyworth, and Philips. After the project reaches full production capacity, it is expected to produce 3 million sets of molds for new energy vehicles and home appliances, 3 million sets of metal parts for air conditioners, 2.5 million sets of lithium battery parts, and 1.33 million sets of electronic and electrical connection wires and DC wires annually.
From January to July this year, 23 major provincial and municipal projects were newly started in Lishui District, with a 100% start rate. Major projects in 60 provinces and cities completed an investment of 11.59 billion yuan, reaching 69.1% of the annual planned investment and exceeding the scheduled progress by 10.8 percentage points.
