Li 缜 said that this year marks the 10th anniversary of Nanjing Guoxuan’s establishment. From the initial one factory with a 1GWh production capacity, to the increased investment in the second, third and fourth phases of the project, and then to the official groundbreaking of the new lithium-ion battery intelligent manufacturing base project this time, Guoxuan high-tech has cumulatively invested over 10 billion yuan in Liuhe with a total production capacity of nearly 50GWh. This is not only the result of the collaboration between the government and the enterprise, It is also the confidence for both sides to forge ahead into the future. Thanks to the strategic guidance of the Liuhe District Committee and the District Government and the favorable business environment of Liuhe District, Nanjing Guoxuan will continue to take root in this fertile land of Liuhe. With the strongest determination, the greatest investment and the best team, it will turn the new project into a benchmark of smart factories in China and provide “core” power for the global energy transition.
Zhou Yong pointed out that ten years ago, Guoxuan High-Tech accurately seized the era’s wave of the rapid development of the new energy industry and laid out its power battery project in Nanjing and settled it in Liuhe. Over the past decade, the government and enterprises have supported each other and achieved success together, sharing the joy of project implementation and production operation. By last year, the output value had exceeded 15 billion yuan. At present, Nanjing Guoxuan will become the world’s largest production base of Guoxuan High-Tech with a capacity of 50GWh. The new energy industry in Liuhe, led by Guoxuan, is gathering enterprises from the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and its scale is accelerating towards 60 billion yuan. Facing a broader space for cooperation, Liuhe will focus on the goal of “building a new energy industry cluster worth hundreds of billions of yuan”, deeply implement the working philosophy of “putting oneself in others’ shoes and keeping one’s word”, and with the greatest sincerity in cooperation, the best development environment and the most practical work measures, fully support Guoxuan High-Tech in expanding production and innovative development in Liuhe, and help Guoxuan High-Tech reach new heights in the global new energy race Join hands with Liuhe to create an even more brilliant future.
In recent years, Liuhe and Guoxuan High-Tech have been working towards each other and firmly moving forward in the new energy industry, establishing a deep cooperative relationship. In 2015, the first Guoxuan New Energy power battery project was launched in Liuhe. It was signed, put into production and achieved results all in the same year. In 2021, the fourth-phase project was launched at an accelerated pace and officially went into production in less than eight months, setting a new record for project construction known as the “Liuhe Speed”. With the groundbreaking and construction of the new project, the Nanjing base of Guoxuan High-Tech has undergone a magnificent transformation from a former “reed field” to a modern “industrial park”. The “primary industrial core” of new energy in Liuhe District will also form a chain and accelerate its leap forward.
