The first Rong Future Holding Group Matcha Global Headquarters project, with a total investment of 600 million yuan, has officially signed a contract and been located here. This project will deeply focus on the entire matcha production chain and build a comprehensive production base integrating refined processing, research and development innovation, headquarters operation, and brand display.
Beijing Shourong Future Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a group enterprise controlled by the National Military-Civil Fusion Industry Investment Fund. Its business covers various sectors such as tea industry, agriculture, tourism and culture, commercial complexes, park operation and supply chain services. Currently, the company has established five major matcha raw material production bases in Hubei, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Yunnan and Anhui provinces, and has reached cooperation agreements with many well-known brands such as Starbucks, Yunnan Investment Group and Wuyi Cloud. It enjoys high market recognition.
This signing project has a total investment of 600 million yuan. It mainly involves the construction of the group’s global headquarters and operation center, the global green tea processing and deep processing center, the research and quality control center, and the brand experience complex. This will establish a five-in-one development framework of “production facilities, research platform, headquarters space, cultural tourism carrier, and living facilities”.
After the project is completed, it will mainly focus on selling graded matcha powder and its derivative products, achieving an annual comprehensive production capacity of 2,000 tons. It is estimated that after full-scale production, the annual output value can reach 500 million yuan.
Lishui boasts exceptional ecological resources, with over 10,000 acres of high-quality tea gardens. The Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone has a solid foundation in the future food industry, providing crucial support for the enterprise to establish a complete tea-matching production chain. The enterprise’s director stated that the company will leverage its local resource advantages to promote the development of the tea-matching industry towards standardization, large-scale production, and high value-added.
