The “SKXC-10000 CNC forming gear milling machine” independently developed and produced by Nanjing University of Technology CNC Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully listed. This product is the first of its kind in China and fills the gap in large-size gear hardening surface processing machine tools.
CNC forming gear milling machine is one of the leading products of Gongda CNC, with a domestic market share of 60%. The SKXC-10000 CNC forming gear milling machine awarded this time is a product transformed from the patent winning the China Patent Gold Award. It can realize efficient gear milling of large and heavy gears and has the function of hard gear surface milling.
“The core technology of the product has independent intellectual property rights, and its key technical indicators can reach or approach the level of similar international competitors, achieving import substitution. It is a high-end heavy equipment supported by the state.” The relevant person in charge of Nanjing University of Technology’s CNC said that the product can meet the supporting needs of large ship transmission systems, large shield machine bearings, high-power wind turbine transmission systems, heavy-duty mechanical gearboxes and other components, thereby improving the service performance and core competitiveness of strategic equipment.

Nanjing Ningqing CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has the largest domestic market share of its crossbeam mobile gantry and has become a leading enterprise in aerospace intelligent manufacturing equipment.
