The first phase of the project has a total investment of about 1.9 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 226,000 square meters, with a total of 7 monomers, covering multiple functional areas such as scientific research laboratory buildings and headquarters office buildings, providing high-quality hardware support for promoting scientific and technological innovation and stimulating new quality productivity. Among them, Building 4 has become the focus with its unique “cloud” shape and cutting-edge low-carbon technology.
In addition, Building 4 also introduces ground source heat pump technology, which draws energy from 120 meters underground to cool and heat the building, significantly reducing the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system. At the same time, the intelligent skylight, intelligent lighting system and fresh air system inside the building are all linked to intelligent control to ensure a comfortable and energy-saving indoor environment.
According to the pre-assessment of building carbon emissions, Building 4 can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by a total of 18,662 tons based on a 50-year calculation period, which can be converted into standard coal and save 180 tons per year. The sky garden with more than 2,000 square meters on the roof not only beautifies the environment, but also absorbs and stores a large amount of carbon dioxide, which can increase the number of “carbon pools” by 1.3 tons per year and optimize the urban ecology.
