In the Zhetang East Hydrogen Refueling Station, a hydrogen energy bus slowly drove in, and the staff skillfully operated the hydrogen refueling equipment, and about 13 kilograms of hydrogen were injected into the hydrogen refueling bottle, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. A hydrogen-filled bus can travel nearly 400 kilometers.
Invested and constructed by Sinopec, the Lishui Zhetang East Hydrogen Refueling Station is equipped with a hydrogen long-tube trailer (with a hydrogen storage capacity of 340 kg) and a hydrogen storage cylinder group with a design pressure of 45MPa (with a hydrogen storage capacity of 260 kg), with a total hydrogen storage capacity of 600 kg.
The hydrogen refueling area is equipped with a dual-gun hydrogen refueling machine, which can not only refuel hydrogen for hydrogen buses and hydrogen logistics vehicles, but also for hydrogen refueling for hydrogen passenger cars. Hydrogen energy is the most promising clean energy in the 21st century, and hydrogen refueling station is an important link in the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry chain, which provides the necessary guarantee for the promotion and application of fuel cell vehicles. As the leading area for the development of hydrogen energy industry in Nanjing, Lishui has actively laid out the hydrogen energy industry since 2020, and the first hydrogen energy bus demonstration line in Nanjing has landed in Lishui in 2021, and all hydrogen fuel cell buses used are “made in Lishui”. In 2023, the development plan of hydrogen energy industry will be formulated, a special class for energy storage and hydrogen energy industry will be established, a “seven one” working mechanism will be established, and the development of hydrogen energy industry will be promoted through inventory. The industrial chain enterprises have covered hydrogen production equipment, key materials, hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogen refueling stations, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and other hydrogen energy “production, storage, transportation, processing and use” links. In the next step, Lishui District will base on the actual development of the industry, adapt to local conditions, continue to work hard in the industrial chain extension chain reinforcement chain, and gather strength to build Nanjing hydrogen industry demonstration park.
