Recently, the construction of the Nanjing Dachang Intelligent Manufacturing Park project has made new progress. The first phase of the project has so far completed 418 pile foundations, with a completion rate of 94%. It is expected that the pile foundation construction, inspection and acceptance work will be completed before the end of August.
The Nanjing Dachang Intelligent Manufacturing Park project is located in the Panying plot of Dachang Sub-district, on the south side of Xudong Road, adjacent to the Chemical Machinery Factory of Nanjing Chemical Company. The project is jointly developed by Dachang Sub-district and the New District Construction Investment Group, with a total investment of approximately 530 million yuan. It will be constructed in two phases, covering an industrial park of about 66 mu, including 6 multi-story high-standard factory buildings, 1 high-rise high-standard factory building, 1 supporting service building and 1 ancillary building.
Located in an old industrial base, Nanjing Dachang Intelligent Manufacturing Park shoulders the responsibility of transforming traditional industries in the Dachang area towards digitalization and intelligence, and promoting industrial upgrading. This project is dedicated to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the manufacturing of high-end equipment components, and carbon reduction technology materials, among other fields.
The park can also provide a series of supporting services for high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing enterprises such as industrial equipment, industrial control, industrial instruments and meters, and industrial sensors.
At present, the project is implementing its first phase, which includes the construction of four factory buildings and one ancillary building. The project plans to complete the topping out of the main structure of the first phase by the end of 2025 and put the first phase into use by June 2026.
The completion of the Dachang Intelligent Manufacturing Park project will not only drive the quality improvement and upgrading of related industries, extend the industrial chain, and improve the industrial ecosystem, but also bring many job opportunities. It will play a positive role in attracting talents and gathering more young people for Dachang, and inject impetus into its renewal and development.
In the future, we will integrate resources from all sides in terms of cooperation and investment promotion models, park positioning, and the implementation of research and production projects, based on the disciplinary advantages of the universities around Dachang, the regional industrial positioning, and the characteristics of the concentration of surrounding enterprises.
