On September 22nd, the 2025 Lishui Industrial Chain High-Quality Development Promotion Conference was held. Representatives from over 150 leading enterprises in the industrial chain, universities, research institutions, and business associations gathered together to discuss development visions and deepen cooperation. Vice Mayor Jiang Min, District Party Secretary Zhang Yun, District Head Gao Junling and others attended.
This promotion event was themed “Linking Lishui, Creating the Future with Intelligence”. A total of 37 industrial investment projects, 9 fund cooperation projects, and 8 science and technology talent projects were signed on the spot, covering fields such as new energy, intelligent equipment, and new materials, including the Yingye Optical Materials and Touch Display Module R&D and Production Base.
At the promotion event, the “Likelai” smart investment platform was officially launched. This platform comprehensively integrates resource elements, industrial ecosystems and supporting services. It uses digital means to draw a visual “resource map”, presenting in real time the spatial distribution and status of plots, factories and buildings in the entire district. It supports multi-dimensional screening and vacancy information query, automatically pushes provincial, municipal and district-level investment promotion policies, and precisely guides and efficiently matches key resources for enterprise development. Integrate the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and provide full-process service and follow-up for investment promotion projects from lead acquisition, information tracking to project implementation. An industrial fund matrix covering three major levels – the basic layer, the cooperation layer and the new addition layer – was released on the spot, establishing a continuous investment system that “covers all key industries and serves the entire life cycle of enterprises”.
In her speech at the promotion event, District Head Gao Junling introduced Lishui’s geographical location and transportation, industrial foundation, business environment and development prospects. She stated that they will concentrate resources and integrate services to provide full protection for the development of enterprises, promoting “one-stop” project services, “one-on-one” specialist services and “integrated” public services. Enable enterprises to “build and land early”, “develop and grow rapidly”, and “feel more at ease and comfortable”. Chen Xia, a member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and the executive deputy district head, released the industrial investment fund matrix of Lishui. Chen Jianning, the deputy district head, released the opportunity list of application scenarios in Lishui. Alessii Luigi, the R&D director of Brembo Asia-Pacific, Lei Dongyong, the head of the washing machine business group of Dyson Technology Co., LTD., and Wang Xianfeng, the chairman of Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui Automobile Co., LTD., made sharing speeches. Before the meeting, the attending leaders and guests visited the “Two New and Two Intelligent” industry-themed exhibition hall together. During the event, four enterprises including Zhongke Suanwang Technology presented their projects in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, new energy, new medicine and life health.
In recent years, Lishui has remained committed to establishing the district through manufacturing and strengthening it through industries. It has vigorously developed a modern industrial system of “two new and two intelligent”, namely new energy, new medicine and life health, intelligent manufacturing equipment, and smart agriculture. Currently, it has 819 large-scale enterprises, ranking second in the city. Among them, the new energy industry has three vehicle manufacturing enterprises, namely Changan, Kewei and Hengtian Lingrui, as well as over 100 key core component enterprises such as Sunwoda, SVOLT and Longxin, forming a complete industrial chain from vehicle manufacturing to the research and development, production and sales of key components. The new medicine and life health industry has gathered 66 enterprises along the industrial chain and 17 provincial and municipal-level R&D and innovation platforms. The intelligent manufacturing equipment industry has gathered 172 enterprises along the industrial chain, and the CNC machine tool functional component industrial cluster has been included in the list of provincial characteristic industrial clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises. The smart agriculture industry has the only national-level agricultural high-tech zone in the Yangtze River Delta and has established over 100 national, provincial and municipal scientific research platforms.
Relevant officials from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Commerce Bureau, the Investment Promotion Bureau, Jinling Customs, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Transportation Group, and the Southeast Group, as well as district leaders Zhang Wei, Tai Lunhao, Xia Yun, Xu Zhenghong, Xu Rixi, Zhang Chunlin, Hu Youliang, and Tu Weiguo, attended.
