At the project site of the optoelectronic and semiconductor materials industrialization base of China Germanium Technology, the first phase of the three factories is advancing simultaneously, and the No. 1 plant has begun to take shape. Since 2006, China Germanium Technology has been focusing on the research and development, production and sales of dispersed metal “germanium” and related infrared optical materials, optical components and semiconductor materials, and has invested 750 million yuan to build a new base, which will introduce equipment such as single crystal furnaces and wire cutting machines, and the annual output value will exceed 800 million yuan after full production.
“From signing to landing, Lishui special class service escorted the whole process, which made us more confident.” Wang Fei, the project leader, introduced that the framework of the No. 1 plant has been completed, and the follow-up equipment is expected to be put into trial production in May after the commissioning. The second phase of the project is scheduled to start at the end of the year, and the development blueprint is being realized at an accelerated pace. Not far away, the Nanjing Changming Automobile Technology Parts Intelligent Manufacturing Base project is accelerating. As a core supplier of well-known car companies such as Changan and Chery, Nanjing Changming launched an 800 million yuan expansion project last year to build an intelligent auto parts manufacturing base with an annual production capacity of one million sets in two phases. “The first phase of the project is 70% complete, and the main body is expected to be completed in the third quarter; The second phase will be capped at the end of the year, and it is planned to reach full production by the end of next year, when the annual output value can reach 600 million yuan. This year, there are 60 provincial and municipal major projects and 232 district key projects in Lishui District. In order to ensure that the project starts and puts into operation as soon as possible, Lishui District optimizes and upgrades the “five offices” integration and “five certificates” simultaneous development model, improves the promotion mechanism of district leaders’ hanging bags and special classes, and ensures that the start-up rate of major projects in the first half of the year reaches 90%, and 100% starts in the third quarter. 02 Enterprise production “full bow”

Li Aosheng said that the company deeply integrates AI technology into the production process, and realizes intelligent product quality detection by building AI models and high-definition vision systems, increasing efficiency by 50% and accuracy by 100%, injecting “digital kinetic energy” into the high-quality development of enterprises. Similarly, Nanjing Changdecheng Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., located in the Economic Development Zone, has also ushered in a gratifying situation of both production and sales. In the intelligent workshop, 8 production lines are running at the same time, with a daily production capacity of nearly 20,000 sets, mainly supplying well-known brands of white goods at home and abroad. Zhou Xiaofeng, the person in charge of the company, said that from January to February this year, the company has completed an output value of about 42 million yuan.

At the same time, we will continue to promote the “small upgrading” and the cultivation project of specialized, special and new enterprises, strive to add 50 new industrial enterprises above the designated size throughout the year, with a total of more than 850, and build a number of national-level specialized, special and new “little giant” enterprises and provincial-level specialized, special and new enterprises, so as to inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
