On the morning of September 22nd, the medical new materials research and development and production base project invested and constructed by Nanjing Zhihang Medical Materials Co., Ltd. officially broke ground in the industrial park of Sh湫 street, lishui district.
Government-enterprise collaboration leads to immediate commencement upon land acquisition
Nanjing Zhihang Medical Materials Co., Ltd. is an innovative enterprise engaged in the research and development, production and sales of medical materials. Its core team has over 20 years of technical accumulation in the field of medical materials and is an important participant in the formulation of industry standards. The highly biocompatible medical consumables and highly efficient wound healing materials independently developed by the company are exported to the European, American and Asian markets.
This time, we chose the shi 湫 street not only because of its geographical advantage as an important node in the Nanjing metropolitan area, but also because of the local efficient approval mechanism of “starting construction upon obtaining land”. We are full of confidence in the future development. Zhu Yong, the general manager of Nanjing Zhihang Medical Materials Co., LTD., introduced that the leaders of the sub-district personally took charge to establish a project task force, providing full-process and nanny-style services, and proactively coordinating to solve all the procedural issues before the start of the project. From land acquisition to construction commencement, it only took five working days, truly demonstrating the “Lishui Speed” and the government’s pragmatic and professional working style.
Take root in Lishui and improve the industrial chain
This project is located in the industrial park of shi 湫 Street (northeast corner of the intersection of Xinhe South Road and Xingshi road), with a planned land area of 10.9 mu and approximately 15,000 square meters of new production and research and development space. The project plans to introduce 60 advanced devices, including solvent-free high-speed coating machines and intelligent dressing patch laminating machines, to achieve large-scale, intelligent and green production of medical tapes, medical release paper, band-aids and breathable adhesive patches.
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in August 2026. By then, it will have an annual production capacity of 10 million rolls of medical adhesive tape, 5,000 tons of medical release paper, 200 million band-aids and 5 million breathable adhesive tapes. It is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 150 million yuan and create more than 100 jobs. The products will be widely supplied to medical institutions at all levels both at home and abroad, further contributing to the improvement and upgrading of Lishui’s pharmaceutical industry chain. The medical new materials industry is a field closely related to people’s health and has great potential for development. We will provide full-service support throughout the process. The relevant person in charge of shi湫 sub-district stated that they will spare no effort to ensure the early completion, early production and early effectiveness of the project.
