Jiangsu Zhimeng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and registered in Xingzhi Science and Technology Park, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. In recent years, the company has rapidly grown into a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a “Gazelle enterprise” in Jiangsu Province, a national high-tech enterprise, a software enterprise in Nanjing City, and a large-scale enterprise in the software industry of Nanjing City. It has also been selected into the key cultivation enterprise of Jiangsu Province’s digital cultural industry and other government-qualified enterprise cultivation databases. It has accumulated over a hundred intellectual property rights. Among them, the data product – Zhimeng Intelligent Identification Service for Transaction Behavior Elements has been listed on the Shanghai Data Exchange. Zhimeng Intelligence, with “technological innovation as the engine and cultural application as the extension”, continuously delves into underlying services such as data intelligence, artificial intelligence, and large model platform construction, and is committed to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry through technology. It has successively passed authoritative institution certifications such as DCMM and CMMI. The company’s main business revenue has exceeded 100 million yuan for four consecutive years. In 2024, its revenue is expected to approach 250 million yuan, with an average annual compound growth rate of over 30%. The company’s cumulative R&D investment has exceeded 100 million yuan, with an average annual proportion of over 10%, and it has formed more than 100 intellectual property rights.
The “chain Integration innovator” of the Internet of Vehicles ecosystem
Xinba Network Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and registered in Huizhi Science and Technology Park, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It focuses on the niche market of intelligent connection and service operation in the Internet of Vehicles and serves as a core hub for collaborative innovation in the industrial chain. With the goal of “breaking down the resource barriers of the Internet of Vehicles”, the company integrates leading capital and industrial resources such as Chery Automobile and China Unicom Smart Network to build a full-chain capability covering software research and development, hardware manufacturing, and service operation. The core products include automotive-grade T-BOX, IHU intelligent terminals and cloud service platforms. Among them, the independently developed Internet of Vehicles data interaction system achieves millisecond-level response, which is far higher than the industry average. As a core supporting service provider for automakers, its intelligent vehicle networking solutions have covered over one million end users, offering integrated services from hardware supply to operation support for automakers such as Chery. In 2024, the related business revenue is expected to increase by 35% year-on-year, becoming an “invisible moat” for the construction of the vehicle networking ecosystem.
The “Form Innovator” of intelligent short-distance travel
Nanjing Kuailun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and registered in Hongfeng Science and Technology Park, Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It focuses on the research and development of intelligent short-distance travel equipment and is a leading enterprise in the intersection of two-wheeled new energy and low-altitude economy. It has been recognized with qualifications such as the Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center. The company’s product matrix covers electric scooters, e-bikes and flying motorcycles, with cumulative sales exceeding 5 million units. The shared mobility solutions have served 20 core cities across the country. As one of the first enterprises in China to independently develop two-wheeled new energy, its full-chain capabilities cover intelligent hardware, operation systems and Internet of Vehicles services, making it a “pioneer” in the integrated development of low-altitude economy and new energy. The company, with “reconstructing short-distance travel scenarios” as its core, has completed a strategic upgrade from balance vehicles to amphibious flight equipment. The world’s first Skyrider X1 amphibious flying motorcycle, released in 2025, pioneered a 30-second fully automatic form switching technology, breaking the form boundary between land and air travel of vehicles. The related telescopic wheel design has obtained 12 core patents and has been appraised by the industry as reaching the “international leading level”.
