As an industrial supporting part of the Research and Innovation Park area, the infrastructure improvement project of the National Nanjing Software Park Integrated Circuit Industrial Park is accelerating its construction.
At present, Building 1 and Building 2 have been capped, and the construction of the exterior curtain wall of Building 1 has begun. Roof construction is currently underway for Building 3 and Building 5, and they are about to be topped out. Construction of the fire water tank in Building 4 is underway and it is planned to be topped out by the end of November. After completion, it will provide integrated supporting Spaces for production, research and development, warehousing, etc. for integrated circuit and related enterprises, and help the industrial agglomeration development of the new district.
The infrastructure improvement project of the National Nanjing Software Park Integrated Circuit Industrial Park is located on Yanxin Road in the Wuqiao area of the Research and Innovation Park. The project plans to build five buildings, with their functional positioning precisely matching the development demands of enterprises. Among them, Building 1, Building 2, Building 3 and Building 5 are industrial plants, while Building 4 serves as the control center for supporting facilities and equipment.
“All factory buildings are designed and constructed in accordance with standardized standards. The first floor is 8 meters high, and the second floor and above are 4.8 meters high. The spacious spatial layout can be flexibly adapted to different scenarios.” ” The project leader introduced that in the future, these raw factory buildings will be transformed into multi-functional areas such as production workshops, R&D centers, integrated circuit packaging and testing workshops, and warehousing and logistics workshops according to the demands of enterprises. These areas can not only meet the large-scale production needs of enterprises but also carry out R&D and innovation activities.
Xiao Bei saw at the construction site that the exterior decoration and renovation work of Building 1 was underway. “The exterior of the building is made of aluminum plates, which can better meet the temperature requirements for future internal production.” The project leader introduced.
The completion and operation of this park not only provide professional and diversified spatial support for enterprises in the new district, but also further improve the integrated circuit industrial chain, attract upstream and downstream enterprises to gather, and provide a fundamental guarantee for building a more competitive integrated circuit industrial ecosystem.
