In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, implement the “Five Focuses and Five Implementations” deepening and improvement action plan for grassroots party building, and strengthen the construction of community leaders from the source, Gulou District recently held the first “Red Leader Youth Training Camp” for community reserve talents, and 77 community reserve backbones from the district participated in the training.
Shi Dan, member of the district committee and head of the Organization Department, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing that the establishment of the “Red Collar Youth Training Camp” is a timely need to meet new situations and challenges, a powerful measure to promote the overall situation of the service center, and an inevitable requirement for building a strong grassroots governance team. We must have a “sincere heart” that always maintains our true colors, speak politics with a clear stand, and always keep the masses in mind. We must have a “heart for the people” that is rooted in fertile soil, be a caring person who serves the masses, and play the role of a leader in governance. We must have a “craftsman’s heart” that has been tempered a thousand times, learn from good experiences and practices, transform and apply what we have learned and thought to actual work, and do a good job in handling the people’s affairs down to earth, and constantly improve the people’s sense of happiness and belonging.
Recently, the Organization Department and the Social Work Department of the District Party Committee jointly formulated and implemented the “Red Collar Goose Formation” training plan, selected a group of “good seedlings”, held “Red Collar Youth Training Camps” every quarter, implemented the “Blue and Green Project” master-apprentice pairing, and arranged training in demanding positions in a planned manner, focusing on building a strong talent echelon for the community.
