June 10 is the last day of the “Dragon Boat Festival” holiday, the passenger flow of Nanjing Railway Station continues to run at a high level, and the return passenger flow is expected to reach a small peak in the afternoon, and it is expected to send 330,000 passengers throughout the day, including 85,000 passengers at Nanjing Station and 218,000 at Nanjing South Railway Station.

In order to meet the travel needs of passengers, a total of 29.5 pairs of passengers (5.5 pairs at Nanjing Station and 24 pairs at Nanjing South Railway Station) were added to Nanjing Railway Station on the same day, including 22 additional passenger and peak lines from Nanjing to Yancheng, Nantong, Hefei South, Xuzhou, Hangzhou East, Taicang, Shanghai, Wuhu, Huangshan North, Anqing and other places, and some EMU trainsets were reconnected to expand their capacity. A total of 501.5 pairs of trains ran at Nanjing Railway Station that day, including 135.5 pairs at Nanjing Station and 366 pairs at Nanjing South Railway Station.

In order to ensure the smooth travel of passengers during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, Nanjing Railway Station has further optimized all the flow lines in and out of the station, and taken measures such as opening additional waiting rooms, entering and exiting the station, and increasing security personnel during peak travel hours to ensure the smooth travel of passengers. At the same time, Nanjing Railway Station also meets the needs of passengers by increasing the number of ticket windows, dynamically adjusting the functions of ticket windows, and extending the time of ticket sales.
