To strengthen the foundation for the innovative development of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises and precisely enhance the innovation management capabilities of specialized, innovative, and high-quality enterprises, recently, the 2026 Annual Specialized, Innovative, and High-Quality Enterprise Innovation Management Capacity Enhancement Activity, themed “Patent Empowerment to Facilitate Enterprise Innovation Development”, was officially launched in Luhe District. The event was organized by the Nanjing Enterprise Service Center in collaboration with the Luhe District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and representatives from 34 high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises participated.

The event invited the relevant officials from the China (Nanjing) Intellectual Property Protection Center to elaborate on the three aspects of “Overview of Intellectual Property”, “Acquisition of Intellectual Property” and “Protection of Intellectual Property” in detail. The focus was on explaining the substantive connotation of intellectual property and the relevant intellectual property evaluation indicators for specialized and innovative development, clearly demonstrating their crucial supporting role in helping enterprises build core competitiveness. The process, material norms and precautions for patent “pre-review” and “priority review” were thoroughly dissected to assist enterprises in efficiently shortening the intellectual property authorization cycle and safeguarding innovation transformation and protection. Through case studies, the ideas for high-value patent discovery, layout strategies and intellectual property rights protection response techniques were deeply shared, precisely addressing the practical problems encountered by enterprises in patent management, layout and protection. The session was rich in practical content.
During the event, the municipal enterprise service center also briefly introduced the center’s distinctive services and conducted on-site “one-on-one” in-depth inspection services solicitation for intellectual property.
This event is just the beginning. In the future, the municipal enterprise service center will continue to collaborate with each district to hold lecture activities centered around “innovative management”, and will further promote the “one-on-one” in-depth inspection service for intellectual property rights, achieving precise connection and targeted efforts, and providing comprehensive support for the innovative growth of specialized, innovative, and high-tech enterprises.
