On March 17th, the establishment ceremony of the OPC Alliance of the AI Time Space · Nanjing International AI Community was held at the Alibaba Center in Nanjing. More than 30 enterprises gathered to move in, and the first batch of application scenarios were officially released.
Fist-clenching formation of OPC innovation entities accelerates aggregation
In December last year, the “Qingchun OPC Community”, the first OPC community in the country and the largest in Jiangsu Province, was officially inaugurated in Jianye District. This was an important starting point for the OPC ecosystem layout in Jianye District. Within just three months, the development momentum was rapid, becoming an important carrier for aggregating AI innovation forces. At the ceremony, more than 30 enterprises gathered and entrepreneurs attached their “exclusive leaves” to the “innovation tree”, vividly demonstrating the beautiful vision of OPC enterprises and the Huaixi Central Science and Technology Zone jointly thriving and jointly building an AI innovation forest.
With the steady development of the Qiancheng OPC community, Jianye District has taken the lead in building a diversified OPC community network throughout the city.
Currently, Jianye District is striving to create a distinctive cluster that includes the Qiancheng OPC community, the Modfa College OPC community, the Geek Dock OPC community, and the Jiangdao AI ROBOT OPC community, etc. Each community has a clear positioning, unique characteristics, and organic synergy, forming a “cohesive force” for development.
As of now, the number of OPC projects in the entire region has exceeded 100. The enterprises cover various types such as scenario application， technological breakthrough， and ecological services， and are widely involved in multiple fields including AI + transportation， AI + finance， AI + health， AI + entertainment， AI + e-commerce， and AI + energy. The OPC innovation entities are rapidly gathering and thriving on the fertile soil of AI Time Space – Nanjing Artificial Intelligence International Community.

It is reported that the AI Time Space · Nanjing Artificial Intelligence International Community OPC Alliance is led by Huihe Central Science and Technology Innovation Zone, jointly with the OPC community operator Nanjing Alibaba Center, supporting institutions such as China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Nanjing Market Scene Company, venture capital institutions such as Nanjing Venture Capital, Southeast Fund, and Jin Yiguo Venture Capital, “dual high collaborative” innovation platforms such as Nanjing University of Science and Technology’s Intelligent Joint Laboratory, East China University of Science and Technology’s Outstanding Engineer Technology Center, Nanjing University of Finance’s Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center, and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Innovation Base, as well as enterprises that have settled in the Xirong OPC Community. The aim is to build an innovation platform for resource sharing, technical collaboration, and industrial interconnection, promoting the implementation of artificial intelligence technology, scene integration, and ecological co-prosperity, and solving resource barriers and opening up development channels for the high-quality development of OPC enterprises.
The first release of scenarios unlocks new opportunities for real orders
Unlike before, the biggest highlight of this event is the official release of the “first-phase application scenarios of the OPC Community”, which is also a key practice for Jianye District’s transition from “providing policies” to “providing the market”.
Unlike the conventional product showcases of enterprises, the 9 application scenarios released this time all originated from 5 specific project entities, covering multiple vertical fields such as government affairs, finance, transportation, consumption, and engineering, and possess extremely strong practicality and commercial value. What is worth noting is that these scenarios are not merely for technical verification, but rather an open entry point for all OPC enterprises to address real business demands and negotiate orders, providing valuable “first orders” opportunities for start-up OPC enterprises and effectively solving the pain point of “having technology but no market” for enterprises.
Policy support ensures the implementation of “six one” exclusive rights
The vigorous development of the OPC ecosystem is even more inseparable from the strong support of policies. Jianye District has been unwaveringly implementing the “All in AI” and “All for AI” strategies, regarding artificial intelligence as the core engine for developing new productive forces, and striving to build the “AI Space · Nanjing Artificial Intelligence International Community” to provide comprehensive support for the development of OPC enterprises.
In December last year, Hexi Central Science and Technology Innovation Zone was the first to launch the “Six Ones” exclusive rights package, providing full-cycle support for OPC entrepreneurs from basic guarantees to growth empowerment. Currently, from free workstation supply, community managers’ training, to Token fee subsidies and OPC training camps, Jianye District is continuously optimizing the “single-person entrepreneurship” entrepreneurial ecosystem with practical policy provisions. In addition, the OPC Public Service Platform will be officially launched in April, integrating core ecological resources such as computing power, models, Tokens, and data, and integrating one-stop service functions such as policy consultation, application review, and policy implementation, further enhancing the convenience of enterprise services.
Capital empowerment irrigates the financial water for OPC
Capital is the “living water” for industrial development. To break through the financing bottleneck of OPC enterprises, this event specially built a bridge for precise matching of capital and projects.
At the event site, the relevant person in charge of Nan Capital Venture Investment shared the exclusive investment strategy for OPC, providing professional guidance and direction references for enterprises’ financing and development; five high-quality OPC projects, including Meicai Intelligent and Lecheng Zhikang, conducted a financing roadshow, fully presenting their core technologies, application scenarios and business plans. Five investment institutions provided on-site comments and had face-to-face communication and negotiations with the roadshow projects, precisely matching the financing needs, opening up financing channels for high-quality projects, promoting the deep integration of venture capital and AI innovation, and injecting financial momentum into the development of OPC enterprises.

Looking to the future, AI Space · Nanjing Artificial Intelligence International Community will further explore the advantages of large enterprises, relying on leading enterprises such as Xiaomi and JD, to create an OPC cluster with the identification of Jianye; comprehensively carry out the “Nanjing University Campus Tour” activities, covering all universities in the city to discover entrepreneurial seeds and gather an OPC innovation magnetic field; regularly hold AI Maker Competitions, OPC Supply and Demand Connections, and Shared Exchange Meetings to empower OPC enterprises and help them grow and thrive; continuously optimize the functions of the OPC Public Service Platform, integrating more high-quality innovative ecological resources.
The 2026 Nanjing Half Marathon concluded successfully on Sunday on Jiangxin Island, witnessing that over half of the participants broke through their own limits.
