In the new factory area of Nanjing Ningjin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in shi 湫 industrial park, workers are installing production lines and debugging equipment, presenting a busy scene.
Chen Jin, the general manager of the company, introduced: “This year, we have achieved a production value of 150 million yuan. Currently, we are moving while producing to ensure the timely delivery of overseas orders.” Thanks to the expansion of the new field of photovoltaic new energy equipment manufacturing, the annual production capacity for next year has been basically fully booked.
Ningjin Machinery is a local manufacturing enterprise in 湫 street with a history of over twenty years. It is a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and a gazelle enterprise in Nanjing city. The series of products it produces are widely used in petrochemical, railway bridge, power engineering, water supply installation, pharmaceutical and other industries.
In 2024, the company revitalized over 30 mu of inefficient land to build new factories and ventured into the field of photovoltaic new energy equipment manufacturing. After the new factory starts production early next year, it is expected to have an annual capacity of 30,000 tons of smart photovoltaic brackets, which can add an annual output value of 300 million yuan, a profit and tax of 20 million yuan, and create more than 150 jobs.
Meanwhile, not far away, the construction site of the medical new materials research and development and production base of Nanjing Zhihang Medical Materials Co., Ltd. was also bustling with activity. Tower cranes stand tall, engineering vehicles shuttle back and forth, and workers are engaged in the construction of the main structure. The on-site project manager said that since the project started in September, personnel and equipment have been working non-stop, striving to complete the main structure topping out by March next year.
Nanjing Zhihang, as an innovative enterprise with over 20 years of technological accumulation, has its products selling well overseas. The newly-built R&D and production base will achieve a comprehensive upgrade of both software and hardware, promoting the intelligent and green transformation of the enterprise to a new level. The project is expected to go into production in August 2026. By then, its annual output value is expected to exceed 150 million yuan, injecting new impetus into the extension and strengthening of the regional pharmaceutical and health industry chain.
Up to now, Shi Qiu sub-district has signed 10 new industrial projects this year, and among the 3 major municipal projects, 2 have been completed and put into production. It is estimated that the total industrial output value of designated-size enterprises for the whole year can reach 3.805 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 7.5%.
A New Year brings a new journey. The person in charge of shi qiu sub-district stated that in the next step, they will continue to attract high-quality projects and expand the high-end equipment manufacturing cluster. Deepen “intelligent transformation, digitalization and networking”, and cultivate more innovation entities; At the same time, improve the supporting facilities of the park and strengthen the guarantee of elements to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the industry.
