As an important part of the automotive sales industry in Jiangbei New Area, Taishan Automobile Industrial Park has witnessed new progress in its construction.
Recently, the construction progress of the Taishan Sub-district New Energy Smart Park Project and the Zhangjiawa Auto and Auto Parts R&D Center Project has been accelerating continuously. Among them, the Taishan Street New Energy Smart Park project is currently in the stage of main structure construction and is expected to complete the main structure construction before the Spring Festival. The Zhangjiawa Automobile and Accessories R&D Center project has been completed and is currently in the process of negotiating for enterprises to move in.
After the completion of the two carriers, more car manufacturers will move into the industrial park. At that time, there will be more choices for car buyers in Jiangbei.
As an important part of the auto sales industry in the new district, after years of development, the layout of the Taishan Street Auto Industrial Park has been continuously improved and has formed three core areas: Puzhu North Road, Xiangyang Road and Daqiao North Road. The Taishan Street New Energy Smart Park Project is located on Daqiao North Road, adjacent to the exit of Taishan Xincun Station on Metro Line S8. It covers an area of 37.8 mu and has a total investment of approximately 300 million yuan.
The project plans to build a new automotive industrial park covering approximately 50,000 square meters. The first phase is planned to layout six flagship stores for new energy vehicles and build a high-level after-sales support platform. It aims to create a modern comprehensive new energy vehicle park integrating live-streaming sales of new energy vehicles, battery testing, photovoltaic energy storage, and automotive culture experience.
At present, the main structures of two buildings in the park have been capped, and the remaining three will be completed before the Spring Festival. Although the project is still under construction, many car manufacturers have taken the initiative to contact us. Several brands have clearly expressed their intention to move in and put forward corresponding demands. Sun Pei, a staff member of Taishan Sub-district, said.
In order to further enhance the quality and efficiency of services, Taishan Sub-district also simultaneously coordinated with car manufacturers to meet their interior decoration needs during the project construction period and promptly fed back the information to the construction party to ensure that the project could open for business immediately upon delivery.
Meanwhile, the Zhangjiawa Automobile and Accessories R&D Center project located in the Xiangyang Road area of Taishan Automobile Industrial Park has also made new progress recently.
This plot of land was once a long-idle vacant lot within the jurisdiction. In 2025, Taishan Sub-district took the initiative to achieve industrial upgrading and transformation of the vacant lot through market-oriented approaches. The planned construction area of the project exceeds 5,000 square meters. In the future, it will be built into a modern research and development center integrating car sales, technology research and development, and parts services.
At present, the project has been fully completed and the work of resource connection for occupancy is underway. The second floor will be built into the first sales showroom of Great Wall Motor’s tank series in Jiangbei in the future. Gong Hao, the deputy general manager of Jiangsu Ningfeng Investment Group, the project operation unit, said.
At present, the Taishan Automobile Industrial Park has gathered over 60 4S stores and urban showrooms, with an operating area of more than 200,000 square meters. By 2025, the sales volume of automobiles in the park will exceed 70,000 units, with sales revenue surpassing 10 billion yuan, making it a new highland for automobile sales in Jiangbei New Area. In the future, Taishan Sub-district will focus on the development trend of new energy vehicles, continuously promote the brand optimization and upgrading of the three major areas, precisely match the actual business needs of car manufacturers within its jurisdiction, and further enhance the popularity and influence of Taishan Automobile Industrial Park.
