Nanjing Zhixing Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., located in Lishui Economic Development Zone
, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of nuclear-grade metal hoses. It is a provincial specialized and innovative enterprise with 52 product patents and is the second company in China with the qualification to design and manufacture nuclear-grade metal hoses . The products have novel structure and advanced technology and are widely used in gas, nuclear power, petroleum, chemical, electric power, automobile, medicine and other fields.
In order to expand the production scale and improve the company’s production capacity, the company invested 500 million yuan to build a new nuclear power pipe fittings and equipment R&D and production base in Lishui Development Zone. The project is located on Xiushan Road in the development zone , covers an area of 25 mu, and has a planned total construction area of 24,000 square meters. It will be built in two phases : the first phase will invest 300 million yuan to build 60 nuclear power pipe fittings production lines, 500 nuclear power equipment assembly capacity workshops, and production ancillary buildings. After the project reaches full production, the annual output value will reach 350 million yuan; the second phase will invest 200 million yuan to plan and build 50 nuclear power pipe fittings production lines, 300 nuclear power equipment assembly capacity workshops and production supporting buildings. After the project reaches full production, it can generate an annual output value of 600 million yuan.
