Nanjing Huamao Center Huamao Commercial Street is expected to open on September 28 and some of its brands have been exposed
Nanjing Huamao Center is the third Huamao Center project laid out by Huamao Group after Beijing Huamao Center and Suzhou Huamao Center (under construction). It is planned to be an “upgraded version of Beijing Huamao Center”.
The project is located in the core area of Gulou District , on Central Road. It is a commercial building above the New Model Road Station of Metro Line 1.
It is across the street from Xuanwu Lake. And when you stand on the top floor of Nanjing Huamao Center, the Purple Mountain seems not that far away, and the Shence Gate is even closer.
The total construction area of the project is approximately 450,000 square meters, including 1 super Grade A office building, 2 service apartments, 1 large shopping mall, apartment supporting commercial blocks, brand homes, city squares, etc.
What is expected to be opened first on September 28 this year is the characteristic commercial district supporting the apartments .
The main body of Huamao Commercial Street has been completed, the facade curtain wall has been basically installed, and the interior space is being decorated.
It is understood that the investment promotion work of Huamao Commercial Street is also in progress. Brands that have been confirmed to have signed contracts include the first store of Black Pearl Restaurant Dayin Chengdu in Nanjing , popular coffee brand Pi Ye Coffee and other catering brands. In the future, they will bring high-quality life experience to apartment residents and surrounding residents.
On April 8, Nanjing Huamao Center and Ascott China completed a contract on the banks of Xuanwu Lake. This is also the first time Ascott, a well-known luxury apartment service brand, has entered Nanjing. This cooperation will be an upgrade to the high-end living experience in the main city of Nanjing.
As supporting businesses for apartments, Huamao Commercial Street will also introduce lifestyle supporting business brands such as gyms, Internet celebrity coffee and tea drinks, light meals, and convenience stores in the future.
Before the official opening, some stores in Huamao Commercial Street will also start trial operations in advance.
