“The speed of this engine can reach up to 40,000 rpm, close to three times that of large aero engines, due to its small size, light weight and low cost, it can provide power for high-speed UAVs, and is more widely used in civil low-altitude economic fields.” Wu Bin, manager of Rongtong Aviation Development Control Center, said.
Since its establishment in 2022, Rongtong Aviation Development has anchored the small aero engine track, and currently has dozens of products in two series of turbines and pistons, and is one of the enterprises with the most complete product spectrum and the most applications in the field of micro and small aero engines in China.
