Line 9 Phase I Project
The double-track section between Zhongfu Road Station and Siping Road Square Station is connected
Recently, the left-line tunnel boring machine of the Zhongfu Road Station to Siping Road Square Station section of the Nanjing Metro Line 9 Phase I project was successfully received, marking the realization of double-line penetration of the tunnel boring section. This phased victory has laid a solid foundation for the early opening and operation of Line 9.
The section between Zhongfu Road Station and Siping Road Square Station is laid westward along Jianning Road after leaving Zhongfu Road Station. Faced with construction difficulties such as the complex surrounding geological environment, Nanjing Metro, in combination with professional construction experience, conducted in-depth research on the selection of shield machines and made targeted adjustments based on the construction conditions and geological conditions of the excavation section. At the same time, it has overcome difficulties such as difficult transportation and narrow site, and safely and efficiently completed the key processes such as hoisting and lowering the shield machine into the well, installation and commissioning, and acceptance of the start and acceptance conditions, and finally successfully received two shield machines. In the next step, we will focus on safety and quality management, optimize the organization of construction processes, strictly abide by process requirements, strictly control key links, and continue to promote the construction of the remaining projects of Phase I of Line 9.
