From drawing a blueprint for a 10 billion park with low-efficiency land to driving the transformation of enterprises to enter the global market, Shiqiu Street has anchored the field of industrial tools and precision parts to work hard, and has built an intelligent manufacturing equipment industry cluster that collaborates with more than 260 upstream and downstream enterprises. The proportion of large-scale industrial output value has climbed to 65%, and has embarked on a leap from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing” .

At the construction site of Jiangsu Jianghe Technology Development Co., Ltd., four standardized factories rose from the ground, and workers were carrying out facade decoration operations. As a leading domestic 3D machine vision and intelligent composite robot technology enterprise, Jianghe Technology invested 510 million yuan in Shiqiu to build an intelligent robot research and development and production base .
“Our project is implemented in the path of Lishui’s ‘R&D in the main city and manufacturing in the suburbs’. After reaching full production, it is expected to have annual sales revenue of 600 million yuan.” Project leader Liao Yongxiang said that choosing to land in Shiqiu is not only due to the government’s high-quality services, but also value the local industrial supporting capabilities. At present, the project construction progress has been completed 70%, and it is expected to be completed and put into production in June this year.
As a major new project in the city in 2025, Haobo Intelligent’s intelligent industrial robot and intelligent factory equipment production line project is also accelerating . The total investment of the project is about 500 million yuan, with an additional construction area of 40,000 square meters. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 8,000 intelligent industrial robots and 100 sets of smart factory equipment, with an estimated annual output value of no less than 150 million yuan.
The industrial agglomeration effect of Shiqiu Street is becoming increasingly prominent. In recent years, the street has taken intelligent manufacturing equipment as the dominant industry and has deeply integrated into the development pattern of Lishui District’s “100 billion development zone and 10 billion characteristic park”. Relying on the existing industrial foundation, the street focuses on the fields of industrial tools and precision parts, attracting high-quality projects such as Weidun New Energy and Jianghe Robots to be implemented. Up to now, Shiqiu Street has gathered about 260 upstream and downstream enterprises, accounting for 65% of the industrial output value of large-scale industries.

From “traditional manufacturing” to “smart factory”
Entering the new workshop of Jiangsu Xinhengji Special Equipment Co., Ltd., the AGV car shuttles and feeds materials along the geomagnetic track, the robotic arm accurately completes the battery cell welding, and the large screen jumps in real time production data. This project with a planned investment of over 100 million yuan will only take 4 months from the application to the start of production of the first phase of the production line .
”The government leased a 5,000 square meter factory, which solved the land problem, allowing us to save the infrastructure cycle and focus on overcoming process problems.” Li Jiaquan, executive vice general manager of the company, introduced that the project was put into production at the end of January this year. Only more than ten workers were required for the highly automated production line to complete the full process of battery cell loading, scanning codes, coating glue, welding, etc., and has obtained 30 million yuan orders from BYD and Northwest Military Industry, and plans to expand the foreign trade market with an annual output value of 300 million yuan .
Since the beginning of this year, Shiqiu Street has been continuously accelerating “intelligent manufacturing” . Huajing Technology has carried out industry-university-research cooperation with many universities, and has 10 fully automatic production lines for new energy lithium batteries and LCD modules, and its products are sold well across the country. With technological innovation, Xieyi Machinery has successfully created an “star” product of electro-hydraulic CNC bending machine with a nominal bending force of 600T; Ningjin Machinery invested 150 million yuan to accelerate the transformation of traditional industries, and is expected to produce 30,000 tons of photovoltaic intelligent framework products annually to achieve independent research and development and production…
Shiqiu Street has made comprehensive layout in the sub-fields of industrial chains such as high-end CNC machine tools, intelligent equipment, key components and automated production lines, implemented the “intelligent transformation of numbers to network connection”, established a cultivation system for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, encouraged enterprises to increase R&D investment, deepen industry-university-research cooperation with local universities, and stimulate innovation potential. In 2024, the street will add 5 new high-tech enterprises and 2 smart workshops.

Shiqiu Street has taken multiple measures to optimize the industrial ecology and carried out a special action of “I run orders for enterprises” to accurately solve the bottlenecks of enterprises in financing, employment, market expansion and other aspects . In 2024, street foreign trade imports and exports achieved leapfrog growth, with a total amount of 1.12 billion yuan, an increase of 73.03%.
