On December 25, the Lishui Public Security Bureau held a work report to the public in 2024. District Party Secretary Zhang Yun, Director of the Political Department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau Qiu Wenqing, Acting District Mayor Gao Junling, and District CPPCC Chairman Tai Lunhao attended the meeting.
During the event, Zhang Yun and his party visited the police practical training center, the “police-network integration” dispatch center, the public opinion monitoring center, and the intelligence command center. They observed the special police practical exercises and the on-site dispatch of the community police station to learn about the progress of related work on the spot. They expressed their affirmation for promoting police reform and exploring “police-network integration”, and demanded further integration of political and legal forces, going down to the front line to identify and solve problems, promoting the integrated operation of public opinion handling, and improving the foresight, initiative, and accuracy of work.
In recent years, Lishui District has established a “1834” “police-network integration” work system. “1” refers to the District Party Committee’s Political and Legal Committee taking the lead in the overall planning, establishing “8” town and street political and legal grid member squadrons, establishing “3” service teams for enterprises, villages and communities, and universities, and integrating the strength of “4” political and legal units of the court, procuratorate, public security, and justice . 59 police officers were selected to serve as deputy secretaries or assistant directors of villages and communities to work in villages and communities, and 118 police-network integration teams were established to promote the construction of village and community police stations + “Dandelion” integration courts. At present, 56 police stations have been built, and the integration courts have achieved full coverage of towns, streets, villages and communities. More than half of the police incidents in the district are handled on the spot in villages and communities. Lishui District’s deepening of “efficient police-network integration” was selected into the “China County Reform Case List”, and the core indicators of modernization of public security work ranked among the top in the city.
