As a doctor of engineering, Shi Qiang led the team to overcome one technical difficulty after another, and successfully developed a number of high-performance composite products with independent intellectual property rights, which are widely used in national key projects. Among them, the offshore fire-fighting composite pipe can resist 1300°C spray flames, successfully breaking the monopoly of foreign products in the domestic market. These important scientific research achievements have injected a steady stream of innovative vitality into the development of the enterprise.

In 2022, he was selected as the Nanjing Enterprise Expert Studio and the “Vice President of Science and Technology” of Jiangsu Province, and in 2023, he was selected into the high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talent project of Lishui District, presided over the formulation of the national standard GB/T41312.2 and participated in the formulation of the industry standard NB/T11295 and other 3 standards were released and implemented, and in 2024, he participated in the declaration of “Key Technologies and Applications of Components and Impact Protection of Advanced Composite Structures” won the second prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Progress Award…… In just 3 years in Li, with the strong support of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee, the District Science and Technology Bureau and other relevant departments, Shi Qiang has made remarkable achievements in the field of scientific and technological innovation, and he has actively transformed these scientific and technological achievements into new productivity, promoted the upgrading and development of the new material industry, and helped the company become one of the leading enterprises in the new material industry in Dongping Industrial Park.
