In order to implement the latest deployment requirements of the central government, the province and the city, Lishui District held a regular “6th day” entrepreneur service day event on October 16, and released the “Several Policies and Measures of Lishui District to Assist Enterprises and Promote the Sustainable Recovery of the Economy” on the spot, which greatly boosted the confidence of enterprises in development and consolidated and strengthened the trend of economic recovery. District Party Secretary Zhang Yun delivered a speech, and district leaders Chen Xia, Shi Lei, Liu Jia, Chen Jianning and others attended.
At the meeting, the Lishui District Business Environment Complaint Supervision Center was officially unveiled. Through various online and offline channels, it accepts complaints, handles appeals, and provides supervision feedback from enterprises regarding administrative approval, business handling, inspection and law enforcement, and enterprise services related to the business environment. The District Business Environment Complaint Supervision Center accepts complaints as soon as possible and urges departments to complete them within a time limit, and tracks
and supervises the handling of the complaints , and promptly provides feedback to enterprises to ensure that all the appeals of enterprises are responded to and answered.
In his speech, Zhang Yun said that the current enterprises are in a period of development opportunities with “right time, right place, and right people”. At the meeting, he exchanged four ideas with entrepreneurs:
First, know your weaknesses and strive to become stronger, and turn your weaknesses into strengths. In view of the current situation of Lishui’s specialized, refined, and new enterprises, which are growing rapidly in number, small in total, with a wide range of categories, weak innovation, and large stocks and small increments, we should find gaps, know our shortcomings, and strive to move from making up for the weaknesses to forging the strengths.
Second, advance despite difficulties and turn difficulties into opportunities. I hope that entrepreneurs will overcome difficulties, meet challenges head-on, overtake in difficulties, be reborn in difficulties, find another way in difficulties, and actively seek change in difficulties.
Third, integrate knowledge and action, and turn goals into actions. Take the four words “specialization, precision, uniqueness, and innovation” as the development pursuit. “Specialization” means to maintain focus, concentrate on development “without wavering”, and specialize in the main business “without deviation”; “precision” means intensive cultivation, precise positioning, seizing the market, lean production, winning by quality, fine management, and hard work; “special” means characteristic development, formulating characteristic standards, establishing characteristic brands, and creating characteristic parks; “new” means innovation-driven, using new technologies, exploring new models, and looking for new business opportunities.
Fourth, know your responsibilities and take the initiative. Take serving enterprises as a major and important matter, and support enterprises with confidence, so as to “quench thirst” for policies, “unbind” development, and “solve problems” with services. Entrepreneurs are welcome to provide more valuable suggestions and take the initiative to host service day activities. The district party committee and government will actively honor various policy commitments to ensure that you can enjoy the benefits without application, directly and quickly, and enjoy all that you should enjoy.
During the event, representatives from Jiangsu Benchuan Intelligent Circuit Technology Co., Ltd., Youfu Pump Industry Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Haituo Composite Materials Co., Ltd. and other companies shared their experiences and practices, talked about their development visions, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the listing of companies, the development of overseas markets, and technological innovation. District leaders awarded plaques to Youfu Pump Industry and other 2024 national-level specialized and new “little giant” enterprises, and issued certificates to representatives of 2024 provincial-level specialized and new enterprises such as Huatian Technology.
