On July 6, Lishui District held a special event of “Every 6 Days” Entrepreneur Service Day and the promotion meeting of the region’s service industry. District head Gao Junling presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, the “Lishui District Service Industry Capacity Expansion and Quality Improvement Action Plan (2026 — 2028) (draft)” was interpreted. Representatives of 13 enterprises made speeches on the difficulties encountered in production and operation, business expansion, product research and development and industry development, and put forward opinions and suggestions on promoting the high-quality development of Lishui service industry. After listening to everyone’s speech, Wang Guoping pointed out that in view of the constraints and difficulties encountered in the development of enterprises, relevant departments should sort out the first time, list one by one, track and promote, and effectively form a closed loop of work.
It is necessary to grasp the planning from a higher position, adhere to the strategic and overall implementation of superior decision-making and deployment, give full play to the comparative advantages of Lishui’s location and transportation, industrial integration, ecological culture and tourism, and space bearing, and vigorously create a first-class business environment conducive to the development of the service industry. We need to be more determined to strengthen the weak links, address the problems of the small size of the service industry and the insufficient role of platforms as carriers, and accelerate the establishment of a service industry development system with a higher level, better structure, better quality, and newer business forms. We need to take more concrete measures to promote development, highlight “demand traction, reform, science and technology empowerment, and open cooperation”, make producer services bigger and stronger, expand the space of living services, promote artificial intelligence to fully empower the service industry, enhance the ability of the service industry to expand its external radiation, continue to expand the scale of service industry enterprises, and constantly consolidate the foundation for the development of the service industry. It is necessary to pool forces with higher requirements, strengthen overall coordination, implement the action plan, invigorate all kinds of resources, and give full play to the role of policies. Through the synergy of government and enterprise and two-way travel, it is necessary to jointly promote the high-quality development of Lishui service industry.
Gao stressed the need to take the initiative to follow the trend of demographic changes, upgrading of consumption structure and transformation of industrial structure. Adhere to the word “fast”, seize the policy window period and industrial opportunity period, quickly identify the objectives and tasks of the plan, detailed into specific projects, clear time nodes, to ensure that all work to press ahead, early results; We should focus on the key tasks of developing producer and consumer services, strengthen safeguard measures, and accelerate the implementation of projects. We should put “excellence” first and create a better business environment to ensure the rights and interests of enterprises and support their development.
