Lishui has seized the “golden period” of project construction, accelerated the project and worked hard in the fourth quarter.
There are tower cranes and vehicles shuttling on the project site; the machines in the workshop are roaring and the equipment is running at high speed… One major project after another is being promoted in full swing.
Major projects are the “ballast stone” of economic and social development. This year, Lishui District has a total of 57 major provincial and municipal projects with a total investment of 95.387 billion yuan, and a planned investment of 16.613 billion yuan for the year. In the first three quarters, the district’s major provincial and municipal projects were accelerated, of which 22 of the 23 newly started projects had started, with rate ofa start-up 95.7% ; 224 of the 231 district key industrial projects started (resumed), with a start-up (resumed) rate of 97% , and completed an investment of 22.706 billion yuan, with a completion rate of 80.6% . The vigorous construction and orderly advancement of major projects have provided strong support for the high-quality economic and social development of the district.
Project construction continues
As a well-known enterprise engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of complete sets of twin-screw extruder equipment, Keya Equipment has invested 500 million yuan in the development zone to build the largest twin-screw extruder production base in China . After all three twin-screw extruder production lines are put into production, the annual output of extruders will be 600 sets. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed. “We are making every effort to advance the progress of the decoration and plan to officially put it into use in December,” said Li Xia, the project manager.
At the CNC machine tool R&D and production project site of AMAIKO Machine Tool (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. in Yongyang Street , mechanical equipment is running with a roar, vehicles are shuttling back and forth, and workers are working hard at their respective jobs.
The project has a planned total investment of 550 million yuan, and after reaching full production, it will have an annual production capacity of 1,000 sets of high-end CNC machine tools. “There are more than 60 workers and multiple construction machines on the construction site who are fully engaged in the construction to ensure that the project is completed on time and with quality. ” The project leader said that the project construction is now nearing completion and is expected to be fully completed by the end of the year.
Since the beginning of this year, Lishui District has taken project construction as an important support for high-quality development, focusing on key links such as project signing and implementation, project construction, and project completion and commissioning, accelerating the construction, completion, and commissioning of 57 major provincial and municipal projects, and constantly refreshing the “progress bar” of project construction. According to statistics, from January to September this year, the investment in major provincial and municipal projects in Lishui was 13.966 billion yuan, accounting for 84.1% of the annual plan .
Project attraction is accelerated again
Recently, Lishui District held a promotion meeting for building a 100 billion-level new energy vehicle industry. 32 projects with a total investment of 13.487 billion yuan were signed at the meeting , marking the acceleration of Lishui’s new energy vehicle industry towards the “100 billion-level”.
Lishui District adheres to the “one chessboard” development strategy, accurately positions the leading industries, strengthens the construction of block parks, increases efforts to attract major projects, and vigorously develops a “1+3+1” modern industrial system with new energy vehicle industry as the core, new medicine and life health, intelligent manufacturing equipment, smart home, energy storage and hydrogen energy.Recently, the Nanjing Smart Healthcare Innovation Park located in the Jingqiao Town Industrial Park was completed and put into use, becoming a new engine to promote the agglomeration of the health manufacturing industry in Lishui. The innovation park is planned to be built in three phases, A, B, and C. The total investment of the project is 1.269 billion yuan. The total construction area of the A plot put into use this time is about 140,000 square meters, including 14 standardized factory buildings and 1 supporting building, providing modern production and R&D space for the settled enterprises. According to relevant persons in charge of Jingqiao Town, after the opening of the Innovation Park , the first batch of 6 companies have signed contracts to move in , covering the fields of modern pharmaceutical distribution services, intelligent manufacturing equipment, etc. In the future, the park will provide comprehensive industrial policy support and rich service resources for enterprises, accelerate project construction, and promote the rapid development of the smart health care industry.
Since the beginning of this year, Lishui District has fully utilized the “8541” joint investment promotion mechanism , and achieved new results in project attraction. According to the relevant person in charge of the Lishui District Investment Promotion Bureau, from January to September, the district signed and registered 86 projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan, with a total investment of 35.648 billion yuan, and the district has a strong momentum of high-quality development. In order to accelerate the implementation of major projects, Lishui District has also set up a “Large Project Department with Investment of More than 1 Billion Yuan in Negotiation” . In the first three quarters, 8 projects with investment of more than 1 billion yuan have been signed, and 24 projects are currently under negotiation.
Warm and thoughtful service
In March this year, Nanjing Weidun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. invested 500 million yuan to launch a production line project with an annual output of 35 sets of extra-large dichloromethane gas recovery devices in Shiqiu Industrial Park. After reaching full production, the annual tax revenue is expected to exceed 25 million yuan. ”Thanks to the efficient service of government departments, the new project successfully obtained the ‘five certificates’ in just three days.” Project leader Xu Ning introduced that the project is expected to start trial production in mid-November, achieving construction, completion and production in the same year.
