Interested in new projects
At the beginning of the year, the launch ceremony of Hundsun Electronics Jiangsu Headquarters project was held in Jianye, Nanjing. The project is located at the intersection of Jiangshan Street and Lushan Road in Jianye District. It covers an area of about 28,000 square meters and has a total construction area of about 184,600 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 134,700 square meters and the underground construction area is about 49,900 square meters. It is planned It will be completed within 5 years and delivered for use in 2028 .
The project plans to create a financial technology industry cluster, a digital economy technology innovation platform and a financial laboratory, an industry-university-research transformation area. The core industries will continue to focus on financial technology and focus on promoting the development of the digital economy and artificial intelligence industries .
At the same time, the Nanjing project’s “year of breakthrough in investment promotion” also has a good start. Polestar Technology’s China headquarters project has been signed and settled in Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone. This project will highlight its research and development advantages and develop new energy vehicles in the second half .
At the construction site of the Legal Industry Park, a major municipal project in Hongshan New Town, Xuanwu District, five main buildings were erected, and internal decoration and investment promotion work began simultaneously.
It is expected that in June this year, the country’s first comprehensive legal industrial park will be officially opened , attracting service agencies in the fields of lawyers, notarization, accounting, auditing, taxation, bankruptcy and reorganization, and creating a full-chain, “one-stop”, information-based Legal Services Center.

The construction site of Nanjing’s key modern service industry project, which is about to be completed this year, is busy. Xiaomi Group’s East China Headquarters project has been completed and registered, and work is underway to improve the park’s landscape .
After the completion of the project, it will become the largest R&D center in the country besides Xiaomi’s Beijing headquarters , promoting the functional development of smart hardware, mobile Internet, ecological chain and related service industries with technological innovation business as the core.
In Fangshan, Jiangning, Nanjing, the main structure of Costco’s seventh membership store in mainland China and Costco’s first all-ecological model flagship store in China has been completed and is expected to officially open in the second quarter of this year .
Different from the previously opened Shanghai Minhang store and Suzhou store, Nanjing Kaishike not only includes membership-based supermarkets, but also membership-based gas stations. The company’s global supply chain will allow Nanjing citizens to achieve “global shopping” at their doorsteps .

On February 27, at the mobilization meeting for the “Spring Action” high-quality development and investment promotion of Nanjing Qinhuai Silicon Alley, five high-quality projects were launched in Qinhuai Silicon Alley . The five signed projects are: Lingfeng Digital Innovation Valley Headquarters Project, Mingjue Technology Automotive Data Center Project, Digital Application Project led by New Generation Communication Technology Standards, CLP Energy Saving Regional Headquarters Project, and Strawberry Film and Television Virtual Shooting Technology R&D base project. These new projects focus on emerging industries and will inject new momentum into the development of regional new productive forces.
