Midwinter is approaching, but Gulou is “hot”. On November 28 and 29, two special supply and demand matchmaking meetings for “Warm Service for Commercial Enterprises” were held in Gulou High-tech Zone and Huaqiao Road Subdistrict respectively. Gulou District has deeply tapped the development needs of central enterprises and medical system units, and built a “bridge” and a platform to act as a “matchmaker” around themes such as office equipment, conference services, public retail, and raw material procurement, expanding markets, increasing channels, and finding scenarios for dozens of commercial enterprises in the district, so that the “warm winter” service can activate the “spring” of economic development.
Open the “Little Orange Book” and sign the “Cooperation Agreement”
At the special event for central enterprises in the High-tech Zone, seven major commercial operators in Gulou District, including Suning.com, JD Five Star, Jinling Hotel, Xuanwu Hotel, NIO, and Luzhou Laojiao, attended the event as service providers. They presented “menus” and prepared “packages” for six central enterprises, including China Coal Energy Nanjing Company, CNNC Huineng Jiangsu Energy Company, Sinoma International Intelligent Technology Company, State Investment Jiangsu New Energy Company, State Power Jiangsu Electric Power Company, and Shanghai Electric (Jiangsu) Integrated Energy Services Company, to meet their one-stop procurement needs.
At the Huaqiao Road Medical System Special Event, pharmaceutical companies such as Lingtong Pharmaceutical, Dexuantang, and Runtian Pharmaceutical also joined the “supply team”, providing products and services to many medical system units including Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine’s National Medical Hall, Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Eye Hospital, Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital, and Nanjing Medical University Friendship Plastic Surgery Hospital.
At the event, the Gulou District Service Consumption Alliance Handbook was distributed. Nearly 60 companies in eight categories of service consumption, including electrical appliance sales, commodity retail, medical care, accommodation and catering, were included in the book. At the same time, the contact information of the service specialists of the relevant departments and streets was marked, so that both the supply and demand parties can open the “Little Orange Book” and sign the “Cooperation Agreement” more quickly.
Trade-in empowers new quality consumption
In the first three quarters of this year, the sales of trade in Gulou District reached 475.64 billion yuan, an increase of 4.4%, and the total retail sales of consumer goods reached 93.82 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8%, both of which ranked first in the city. How can a “large commercial district” transform into a “strong commercial district”? Gulou District has submitted its answer with action.
