In Nanjing’s Jiangsu Software Park, there is an “industrial enclave” of Ma’anshan – the Ma’anshan Software Park Nanjing Marco Meng Entrepreneurship and Innovation Base. Jiangsu Software Park and Ma’anshan Software Park have always maintained a friendly cooperative relationship. In order to promote the construction of a two-way “enclave” cooperation demonstration base between Nanjing and Ma’anshan, the two parties established the Ma’anshan Software Park Nanjing Marco Meng Entrepreneurship and Innovation Base and the Jiangsu Software Park Ma’anshan Science and Technology Service Center, and achieved resource complementarity, coordinated development, and mutual benefit through the “two-way enclave” model.

Ma’anshan Software Park, located at the junction of Nanjing and Ma’anshan, has a geographical advantage and its revenue has exceeded 10 billion yuan. With government guidance, enterprise participation, and joint park construction, Huashan District of Ma’anshan City has set up a permanent liaison agency and overseas talent workstation in Nanjing to expand its “circle of friends” by targeting the leading commercial services, intelligent manufacturing, and software information industries in the Nanjing metropolitan area. The two parties will continue to improve mechanisms such as regular consultation, information sharing, joint activity organization, enclave reciprocity, and party building co-construction on the basis of previous cooperation, and deepen strategic cooperation in areas such as mutual integration of party building, cadre exchanges, talent co-development and sharing, and industrial collaboration.

Just in March this year, Chuzhou also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, which will be based on the school’s disciplinary advantages, talent advantages, and innovation advantages, and will further strengthen scientific and technological innovation and industrial incubation around emerging industries such as commercial aerospace, low-altitude economy, and aerospace equipment, and jointly promote collaborative technology research and collaborative transformation of results.
