Gulou District held the “Alliance Butler Service +” brand conference and public service into the community promotion meeting

In order to deepen the action of “co-building in the same city”, promote party building to lead the construction of the integrated governance system of “grid + public service”, and realize the sharing of resources in the community, the coordination of services in the community, and the solution of problems in the community, on July 23, Gulou District held the “League Butler Service +” brand conference and public service into the community promotion meeting.

In 2024, Gulou District will take the “”Co-construction in the Same City”, Integrated Governance, and the “Gulou Model” of Building Public Services into the Community” as the topic of the annual grassroots party building “Secretary Project”, take the construction of the integrated governance system as the starting point, improve the “four-link” mechanism of joint construction, resource sharing, problem joint solution, and brand joint creation, and promote the integration of public resources such as “electricity, water and gas information”, medical health, and legal services into the community grid, maximize the release of the synergistic effect of public service resources, and improve the happiness and satisfaction of residents in an all-round way.

On the basis of the preliminary work, Gulou District has made great efforts to build a “1+13+N” zero-distance service organization system, relying on the Nanjing Public Livelihood Service Industry Chain Supply Chain Innovation Chain Party Building Alliance, and taking the lead in establishing the “Electricity, Water and Gas Information” Alliance Steward United Party Branch in the city, taking the lead in planning the development path of public service into the community in the whole district. Action Party branches have been set up in 13 sub-districts, and 201 volunteer service teams have been cultivated in 120 communities, carrying out 694 volunteer activities and addressing 2,164 residents’ demands.
